My mother and I went to Olympic car wash and we had a horrible experience. My mother and I went through the brushless car wash and it was dysfunctional and it trapped us in there and scratched our car and might of messed up our tires. The only professional worker there was Bill. One of the workers was sexist and disrespectful. They also tried to talk my mother and I out of getting the car checked out because they would not pay for it. My mother had also signed up for the monthly membership. After she signed they told her she couldnt use the brush wash which is the only reason she signed up. Clearly you see it was the brushless wash we had issues with. We tried to cancel the membership with the man that was trying to get over on my mom and he said he couldnt do it and to get my light fixed so I could use the brush wash. Then another worker Bill came in and said he could cancel it for us. I would not recommend this car wash.

Horrible Service! My husband and I come here once week. We went in there tonight to get a quick wash done on my car. We went to the brushless $5 Bronze wash. The machine would not accept the credit card so we used a $10 bill. The machine would not give us our change back it gave us the receipt stating $5 change was given but we did not receive anything. I went into the office to get the $5 and the employee kept arguing with me. He kept saying the receipt said we received the money and kept insisting that we did get it. I told him all he had to do was check the cameras and he will see that we did not get ANY money back from the machine. We will never go there again. The only thing he did not do was yell Liar in my face. Why would anyone want to jip a carwash for $5? That is all he had to think about and just look at the cameras

I went there a few days ago for the deluxe $7 automatic car wash. The wash stopped halfway through, leaving my car covered in soap. Of course no one was on site to hear my complaints and offer me a refund. Instead, I had to pay for another wash, a manual this time. This time around, the spray nozzle continued to dispense soap alll throughout the rinse and spot rinse cycles. I gave up cleaning the exterior and focused on the interior. Another mistake!!! The dispensible armorall sponges were all suds and left pieces of sponge and lint all over my dash and console. The vacuum short changed me on time and the hose kept falling out of the vacuum unit. All in all, my car looks worse than before and I am out $13. Another case where I am the sucker and the person responsible gets off scott free!!!

Warning: Dont use the manual carwash with your credit or debit card. They will overcharge you...and they will laugh at you as they chain smoke their cigarettes & cough & hack. I spent $5 & $3 and they charged me $15 & $15. It should have been $8 total and instead they charged me $30!!! A $22 heist!!!! Then they wont answer their phone when you call to get it fixed. Im calling Stan Cramer & former US Presidential hopeful Ross Perot! And if they dont respond Im going to call the creator of the 80s hit television show Alf.

This is a fantastic car wash which is evidenced by the fact that it is always busy. Using any of the 3 ways to wash your car, Manual, Tunnel, Automatic, you will get a great wash. The people running the place are attentive as needed and friendly. The vacuums work! They also have a very reasonably priced monthly wash club that allows you to wash as many times as you wish. I have washed my car over 20 times in one month for the $25 (with tax) fee which covers the ultimate wash.

I love this place and couldnt quite put my finger on why it really stood out. That is until I saw a sign that they were hiring and preferred a retirement aged man (I dont recall exactly how they worded it). It dawned on me that was their workforce that I enjoyed so much. They are genuinely helpful and seem to be happy to be of service. I became a Club member and look forward to pulling in to see a smiling face each visit!

I went to wash my truck today. And as many know this has been an incredibly wet spring. Well I work in construction and a muddy job site is nearly unavoidable when it rains this much so my truck was a little dirty. As Im washing my truck one of the employees walks up to me and tells me, "Next time your truck is muddy I suggest you dont come here." Needless to say I wont be returning because of this.

i washed my truck by swiping my card the thing where you swipe has a screen that cant be read cause its damaged. i swiped once the water never came on so i swiped again the water came on for about 5 min then shut off so i swiped again water ran 5 min then shut off. i get home and i have been charged 45 dollars for 10 minutes of washing. no contact phone or email on the website. rip off

I just went to the diy bay yesterday. I used my debit card. It said there was a 3 minute minimum. So i was careful to watch the time. I pushed the stop button at 3:08. Later when i checked my bank account, i had been charged $15! I was shocked when i got on. here to find that this has happened to others. Ill be paying them a visit and disputing this charge with my bank.

Horrible experience, went in to wash my car after I was done I tried to get a towel from the vending machine but it only took 3 quarters so I went to ask one of the employees, overweight older guy and gave me an attitude and didnt want to give me my quartes or fix the machine, he was being racist too, I hope they check what kind of employees they have there.

Self car wash is a nice way to clean and I like that it stops at a $15 amount until I used again right after first time; I pressed stop and it said $6.42 on second use so I can finish the wash but when I check my bank statement, it took another $15 out! What a rip off for a car wash hope I can get some money back if not wont do business their again.

Been going to this place for the past few months weekly. This time I went like i usually do but it didnt give me a vacuum token. Went to an employee and told him and asked him for one. The level of disrespect i recieved from him over a damn vacuum token was outrageous. Principle more than anything. Gotta find a new spot.

Theyre affordable, helpful, and the tunnel does a great job washing all over the car. They also offer do-it-yourself car wash thats much cheaper. The vacuum stations are wonderful. It includes shampoo, turbo vacuum, and scents. Vending machines full of car cleaning essentials are also available.
