Had an interior detail on our Expedition EL here. I am new to these "quick detail" places; Ive had a few cars detailed by dealers over the years, and had a completely different experience here. Short version is that they got it done on time, for the listed price, and while they did a great job on hard surfaces, they didnt do a very good job on actual cleaning at all. Not worth the money. Long version.. I called on Saturday afternoon, asking if they had time to do an interior detail, and was told that they could do it as long as we could drop it off by 3 or so. I set up an appointment for 2:30. My expectation was that they would complete the items listed on their interior detail package listing (full service car wash, cloth surfaces shampooed, vinyl cleaned, leather cleaned and conditioned, wheel cleaner, tire dressing.) We took the kids carseats out, and emptied all our stuff out except for the glove box and center console. I dropped it off at around 2:25; while dropping off, they confirmed that I wanted the interior detail, but did not ask if I had anything I wanted them to focus on/etc. They called to let me know it was ready for pickup at around 5pm; we arrived around 5:30. Upon pickup, I paid, and then he gave me a quick rundown of what they did. At a quick glance, it looked great, and not knowing better, I didnt look the car over in detail until I got home. They did a great job cleaning the dash and surrounding hard surfaces - knobs, vents, cup holders, etc. They also emptied out the center console and cleaned it - and threw away some items that were in there (napkins specifically), which was a little annoying and unexpected. The rest was not so great.. * Shampooing: The carpet had been at least wet down, but in the back still has lots of visible dirt (from kids with dirty shoes getting in and out), which was actually the biggest thing we wanted cleaned up (which I now realize I probably should have told them, but didnt know better; with the previous dealer details Ive had done, they just do it all.) The front floor mats had the loose dirt removed, but again, deeper dirt stains still obvious. I realize that they probably dont have the time allocated to do this right for the price I am paying, but it would have been nice if they had called and let me know that they wouldnt be able to remove it for the base fee, and asked if I wanted to pay extra and let them keep it into the next day to actually get it clean - or at the very least point it out at pickup, so I am not surprised by it. * Leather - the seats were already clean on the surface, cant see any difference there. There is still a fair amount of loose kid residue (wrappers, etc) in the nooks and crannies. I dont see any sign that the leather was conditioned; when I do it myself, the leather is softer and feels smoother.. here, no change I can feel. * Car wash - shiny, until you look at it in any level of detail. They didnt dry it properly, so there are water spots over the entire vehicle. In addition, there was some sticky residue on the drivers side door; no idea what it was, but it took a few minutes to remove at home. There is also something dripped all over the front grille, probably cleaner of some sort that didnt get properly removed? For $120, not sure I should expect much more.. but it certainly didnt live up to what I expected based on the list of services included. I hope that they were just rushed and didnt do as good of a job as they usually would.. but if they didnt have enough time to do it right, they shouldve just said they didnt have time and scheduled me for a late date.

Have an escape I dropped of for the interior detail package(goes for about $120). I couldnt even tell you what the name of the package was because it ended up getting rung up as misc. Their package states vacum, shampoo of carpets, vinal wipe down and leather seat wipedown. I dropped it off the night prior and then got a call the next day it was ready. When I went to take a look I noticed all the pretzel crumbs from the kids in the same spot they were before. Only the portion of the carpets were you feet would be got washed. None of the verticle or near verticle areas around the edge of the vehicle or by seats got washed or vacumed. Very weak attempt under the seats as well. The entire cargo area carpet was not touched. I started pointing things out and the best they could do for me was take $20 off and re-vacum. I still felt ripped off. Then to top it off I was soo displeased with their work I didnt even realize my carmats and the rubber drink insert that goes in the center counsel werent in the car when I picked it up. When I called back I got the well check and give you a call back, followed by a quick hang up. My lesson is learned with this place. NEVER AGAIN! Your better off renting a rug doctor for half as much and do it yourself. At least you can hold yourself to a decent standard.

When I arrived I wanted the best package they offer to protect my car from the fall. Gentleman told me that he recommend a buff and spit or something it was about 45 min wait. Waited in line for about 10 and my car was off to get washed. After paying they instructed me to the detail room to wait for my car. When it came out it looked great, there were four guys in the detail room that work there joking around and having a good time . When the guy pulled up with my car he asked for help and the other guy said you got that one . So the one gentleman worked on my car solo spraying it and putting it through a machine . After about 10 minutes my car was ready. I thought wow my car is ready in 30 minutes what a good job . When I hopped in the car and started driving away I noticed the windshield was still dirty there was dust all over the consule, Dashboard, an instruments. I thought when I get home Ill just wipe it down . After getting home I noticed that the buff job wasnt even that great and there were spots on my car that they missed. All in all I would not recommend this place, unless you go for a cheap five dollar wash.

I normally get my car washed at dalphin car was in Golden Valley . I dont live close any more so its a huge drive I decided to try this car wash to save travel time . I picked a $22.00 middle of the range wash then paid $20.00 more for what I really wanted the inside detailed the attended said it would be 15 to 20 min. After 30 minutes I checked with front desk person and was told he didnt know why it was taking so long I checked at the 45 and at the hour I asked the front desk guy to check he pointed to parked car on side of business sayin wow they must of forgot when I went out there car wasnt even touched the first guy apologized for the screw up so I waited for 8 more minutes! !# got my car back looked like crap still very dirty nothing I could not do my self. I guess I will drive to Golden Valley $48.00 I wish I could have back. Wow how do they stay around with such horrible customer service. I would be happy if they would of Rocked the car cleaning but being hugely late and sucking on outside and inside not coming back.
