They use to be good for a long time... I had never had issues before but over the last few years, things have been getting worse and worse! The last few washes I got they did not fully wipe off the doors and I still had dirt from the country roads on them. Then to make matters worse, there was sticky crap split on my new Weathertech floor mats. Then to add pain to misery, I had LED lights glued to the column posts in the back which were powered off the rear dome lights because my truck is normally too dark in the back. When I got home, one LED strip was gone and the other was also ripped down but apparently they could not fully steal it so they ended up ripping out most of the wiring with it. I know that they say to take your valuables which I empty out my car every time I go... But really??? Ripping out peoples property and steeling things out of vehicles... Totally unacceptable. I will be using a external car wash from now on a detailing it myself. I can do a better job and at least someone will not be ripping me off or damaging my car!!!!

I just left Paradise Car Wash in Eagan. This was my first visit, I came because I heard it was a better wash than average. I had already cleaned my car, but the tires were still dirty (assuming because the dirt stuck to the tire shine since this was a new car) so after taking it throught a wash and doing a full walk around, i brough it to Paradise. Everybody was very nice while I was there, however, I picked up my car, drove across the street and got out to find a huge scratch on my drivers door (the door was opened for me when i got in so i wasnt able to see it at the car wash). This is a new car and Im very meticulous, I am 100% certain there was no scratch there before going to Paradise. I went immediately back and spoke with the manager/owner who said it was not possible that his machines or employees scratched my car. He also confirmed the scratch is too deep to buff out, but said he could not help me. Im now left having paid $40 to have a huge scratch in my new car. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Terrible customer service. Subpar quality. Requested detailed interior cleaning for $160 (no discount/coupon). Attendant walked past me without acknowledging me after my car had been there for 1.5 hours. I sat in waiting room for an additional 45 mins. Nobody walked through. My truck sat in back without a single person walking through or working on it. I went to front desk because no one had worked on my truck for 45 minutes. The young cashier was chatting it up with other staff behind the counter eating donuts. When I asked when my truck would be done since nobody had been working on it, her response was "oh I forgot to call you", while licking frosting off her fingers. No apologie, no discount, no credit. My seats were still wet. All of my belongings and floor mats all thrown in back of truck. The windows had streaks and there was still dirty streaks on the paint. Very disappointed. Poor customer service.

I paid for the highest full exterior 130 dollar package for a detail on my car i left them the car for almost a full day and overnight i pointed out the areas of concern i had and wanted taken care of no problem they said when i went to pick my car up there was still water spots on the car and they went over it again with the buffer and got them out than middle of this week less than a week after i got it done i noticed swirl marks all ovwr the hood and 4 or 5 very distinct arc scratches on the hood like something was caught under the buffer i still have yet to call them and complain im just nervous cause i was already anal the first time i picked it up but for 130 dollars for only the outside i want perfection and im really just anal with my car if you need a quick wash if there on but if you seek perfection on a detail job go somewhere else

I paid over three hundred dollars for the back to new detail package . I got my truck back and the inside of my passenger door was severely damaged . The detail guys locked my keys in the truck , damaged my paint job severely . Then tried to cover it up with black magic marker . When I noticed the damage I called . They said they would review the security footage . Only problem is the guy that does the unlocks is also the guy that reviews the tapes . Funny , he didnt find anything . Wish I could rate them minus one . Will cost over 500 to fix scratches on my truck plus the 320 I paid them to mess up my truck and deny it . Worst Service ever Ive been a customer of theirs for years and the truth would have gone a long way; its unfortunate they are not willing to be honest and take responsibility for what they did.

Had a great experience with Tony Dooley! Ive been to Paradise plenty of times in the past and the car wash results in my older 2005 Buick looking brand new. This time I needed a wash but moreso I needed a carpet shampoo since my car had a couple spills in it. Once I arrived at Paradise is Eagan I met Tony who asked if I knew I had a couple chips in my windshield. I had unfortunately been down a dirt road under construction and rocks had chipped the windshield. He called my insurance for me and I have Paradise replacing my windshield on Tuesday at no cost to me. Great service, great attitude and including car wash, shampoo, and autoglass paperwork I was out of there in under an hour. Thanks Tony.

I will never bring my car back. I have also told family and friends to stay away. I paid $130 for a full-service detail cleaning. Paradise said they would be finished with my car in two hours but they took four and a half hours. When I opened my drivers door, I immediately saw a 3" tear in my floor carpet. When asked about it, they said it was there before, to which I can assure you it was not. The car is almost new and I baby my vehicle. I have since noticed an additional tear in the back seat carpet and a broken seat handle. I understand things happen, but own up to it. I now have to find someone to repair the damage. Buyer beware.

Worst experience ever. Have used them for a long time. Wanted to get a wash and shampoo. I called ahead to make sure hey knew I was coming. When I arrived, one car in the detail bay and one car ahead of me. After my car was washed they told me car was ready but it needed to still be shampooed. Then they pulled my car into the lot with the KEYS STICKING OUTSIDE THE DOOR!! Their pop machine was out so I went to McDs to get a pop. Sat there for a bit and headed back. MY CAR WAS STILL SITTING THERE 45 MINUTES LATER. When I confronted the manager he pulled the car in and there are now 4 cars in the detail shop. Just wow.
