Vehicle was still dirty after wash. I request to go through again they said no I asked for my money back they said that it was going to take 3 to 8 business days to get the money back on my card and that they were going to send a report to corporate the guy was already saying that it was not going to Get approved by corporate and they were going to dismiss it and not get my money back at the time of the issue. Ive been customer of blue wave since 2010 in the beginning they were really good and then in the last six months has been really horrible Ive been noticing my vehicle coming out dirtier every time I will surely look for somewhere else to wash my vehicle like the employee told me to do. If I do get my money back in the timeframe they told me I will be contacting corporate and escalating the issue and want to get my money back just for corporate to have more attention in this location and improve it

Just bought a new truck on friday, took it a week from when I got it to blue wave for a quick wash. Paid 16 for the top tier wash, looked good for a few days but it left scratches on my paint. Fast forward a week, I go to hand wash and dry it. I find the wax from blue wave left a lot of residue after washing and drying in the fine corners of my vehicle so now I must buy a quick wax to try and remove the residue. Alright wash if youre in a hurry or dont have a choice but Id really stay away if youre trying to take care of your car.

This place is pretty efficient, but, sometimes the credit card readers haver issues. Someone is usually around to help out though. They just need a second wash because the lines get crazy long most days.
