They broke glovebox and damaged dashboard and let me drive off without telling me. When confronted, manager said he forgot to tell me. They had already talked to me twice trying to up sell services I didnt ask for, but couldnt mention they destroyed parts of my vehicle? They agreed to replaced damage and said they would call when part came in. A week later I called to find out the part had come in the day before. Had to make appointment to come in. They then needed to order another glove box and said the part would be in at 10:00 the next day but they would call me. 10:30 I called manager, he said they were picking up the part and would call me in 45 minutes. I told him I had family in from out of town and needed to plan my day . After 1 1/2 hours I called again. He told me the part was almost there to bring my truck in. When I arrived, a service tech said he would call when repair was made and did they have a good contact number for me. I said I wouldnt know since no one ever called me with status updates. Disappointed that they were not upfront about damage and they do not keep customers informed with courtesy calls as promised. They also appear to up sell services you have not requested. When I ask for an basic oil change, I dont want to be told my power steering fluid needs to be flushed and have my glove box and dashboard damaged because of checking cabin filter. They should ask if I want the service before. I had requested a call from owner, but never received that call either. Maybe this will get his attention? Im done with this place! Update from 1 star to 3 stars: Owner Colin Brown did call me following my post and appeared to be genuinely concerned about my experience with his business. He asked for all the specifics in order to address my concerns. I appreciate his call. Its unfortunate his staff didnt take the same initiative.

I felt taken advantage of at this place. I am a single female and I dont know much about car care so I go by my maintenance manual for everything. When I went in, I went inside the store front to speak to a person at the service desk. The ladies inside hardly spoke English and I do not speak Spanish. They told me to go outside and talk with a mechanic. I told them I needed to get an oil change, tire rotation, and then my 30K mile service done. They were already doing my oil & tires when they called me out and said there was a bunch of stuff wrong with my car that needed to be fixed for the 30K mark. It was stuff that wasnt even listed in my manual, but they said I HAD to do it. They made me very uncomfortable. I called my old, trusted mechanic out of state, and told him what they said needed to be done at 30K miles. He suggested I leave, which I couldnt do since they were already working on my car. I ended up paying over $400 for the services I had done and to be fair, I dont think the services were that overpriced, I just dont trust that they all needed to be done as they said. I wont be going back to this place. The free wash at the end of the service is nice though and that staff did a nice job.

I will never come to this place again. I shouldve learned after someone I knew kept having bad experiences with them. This is my first time in life I have ever reviewed a place. My experience was so horrible. I came in to have an inspection 16 days ago. It didnt pass at that time. Ryan told me at that time that its usually 15 days to bring it back to have it reinspected but if it was 16, he would still be able to do it without charging me again. I went back today after getting my car out the shop to fix what was needed. They told me I would have to pay again because Ryan was not there and those are state laws. Instead of listening to me, the workers and Manager wanted to argued with me and told me he shouldve never told me that and hes new. Like thats my fault!!! I told them I didnt have the $ and they said they would either hold my keys or the new paperwork. I told them they can have the paperwork and I needed my keys to leave because I was never coming back!!!!!!! Worst customer service experience ever!!! I will not give them any more of my hard earned dollars!

wish i could give 0 stars.....totally wasted my time this morning. I went in to get my car inspected. Told the guy to let me know if my tires will pass (as the dealer always tells me i need to change - figure they want a sale, but theres alot of life left) and the guy said a technician will check it out and decide. 5 mins later a technician came by and asked what service i needed, so i explained again and he said he would bring out a tire gauge and check. 20mins go by, im still outside waiting and no one comes by, during this time a few other cars came and was met by the technician and one car even went in the bay. I had enough and drove off, not gonna waste anymore time. Guess since im only doing an inspection they wont make much money....oh well, i wont spend another dime there.

Today, I paid $13 to go through the Express Wash. One gentleman dryed my car with the same cloth he used on the previous car which means the cloth was pretty wet and not dry enough to use on another car. However, he proceeded to wipe down my car and leave water streaks on and the windows and parts of the car because the cloth was so wet (by the way he was talking to his co-worker the entire time). So, I politely pulled forward grab a cloth and began to dry my windows and car. Then the Supervisor, approached me and informed me that I could not use Kwik Kar cloths to dry my car. I showed him the watermarks he repeated his statement took the cloths and walk away as if my carwash was free and he was doing me a favor. This is the last time I will use this car wash.

I always get my oil change at this location. In the past it has been great!. This past change though was not the best experience. I got my oil changed and the next day on my way to work at 6am, I continued to hear a loud noise. I thought I had a flat tire and had to pull over in the dark. I found that my "skid plate" was dragging because it wasnt correctly replaced. I had to return for them to fix it. Now my "change oil" light is continuously on and I have to return AGAIN to get that adjusted. :( Update : I previously rated a 2 star. Today the Manager, Chris, reached out to me by phone. He sounded sincere and apologized for the service I received. I must say I was very appreciative. I will return again for my next service. Thank you Chris for contacting me☺
