I should have known when I walked in the door and the guy in front of me was upset and asking to talk to the manager about his car and that it was the second experience he had had doing whatever he was complaining about done to him that I should have just turned around and left. Instead I had already signed up for a $39.99 wash for my pickup. When I was signalled by the mexican gentlemen that my PU was finished I went to get it. What I saw was that my hood was streaked all over....I assume from the soap that was used. I touched it and saw the streaks would easily rub off and asked the car washer if he would wipe it off. Unfortunately he didnt speak english and he went to get another mexican gentleman who was his boss and spoke some english. He agreed to have his guy wipe off the hood which he did using a buffer. I stood on my running boards to look at the top of my pickup and saw that the cab roof and canopy shell roof had 2 or 3 spots with similar streaking. I was then very rudely told they would only do the hood and not the top. I said I didnt want the whole top done just the 2 or 3 relatively small areas. Again in an even ruder manner he refused to do so. I have only been to this car wash a couple of times but based on the fellow in front of me and my experience I will NEVER EVER go there again. After leaving and going home to wax the roof of my pickup and camper shell I saw all the other things that their SUPREME car washed missed and ended up rewashing and rewaxing my entire truck.

Wish I wouldve known what kind of business this was. Apparently the stealing is ok and part of the free car wash deal you get with the oil change. The manager DANIEL says thats why they have "BIG WARNING SIGNS" bc they are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, well i guess that means make sure u clean out your car COMPLETELY if you decide to go there for a wash bc they took the time to go through all of my compartments stealing items that were not even visible. This car wash cost me an ipod, mp3, cologne and aux cable. YES THEY EVEN TOOK MY AUX CABLE!!!!!! I WILL SPREAD THE WORD IF THIS DOESNT GET FIXED, I AM NOW WAITING TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER. THIS IS NOT WHAT WE PAY FOR, THEREFORE I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS FROM HAPPENING TO ANY MORE PEOPLE! I WILL GO OUT THERE AND WARN CUSTOMERS IN PERSON! FACEBOOK YOURE NEXT...

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I have always brought my trucks here for an oil change and car wash and they use to be great. But the last 2 times Ive went there the car wash (not the free wash that comes with the oil change- but one that I paid for) has been horrible! I spent over $270 here today for an oil change, car wash and to have the interior Armor-alled. They wiped down less than half of the dash and only armor alled 2 out of the 4 doors on my truck! Not to mention entire areas on the outside that they completely missed when they were wiping it down. 2 times the charm for me... I am never taking my business here again!

I went in for a quick exterior wash came out with a passenger side broke mirror did not notice till I got home the boy folded my mirror in and and broke it theyre saying theyre not responsible for it I called for 5 days after this happened and got no response from the manager on the phone I drove up there 7 days later Daniel says theyre not responsible for it so if you go in for a quick car wash be prepared to spend a bunch of money fixing what they tear up this is the worst car wash in Texas City..... best place to go is G spot on Texas Avenue!

Had to go through the MACHINE wash 2x. Its really hit and miss with this place as to whether or not you get a decent job. Hand wash jobs have not worked out for me here and lately, even the machine wash has done a crappy job. Went yesterday, the water smelled like sewer water. After running through the wash and 2 employees hand wiping it dry I looked at it and the top and hood looked like it hadnt been touched. Ran it through a second time. Looked much better. Got home and cleaned around windows, insignia, trim myself.

We took our truck their this past weekend after parking under a tree and the birds left presents for us. We needed an oil change anyway, so I asked my husband to take it in and get the oil change and get the truck washed and detailed. While the inside looks really nice, theres still remanants of bird droppings on the truck on the outside. They also didnt dry it well, because it had tons of water spots on it. In the future, well take our business to Grand Slam Car Wash in League City. They never disappoint us.

They do a poor job of finishing your car. The guy who was supposed to be finishing my car was so busy looking around to see what was going on with the apparent manager he couldnt focus on his job. If you are watching them finish your car. make sure you check the hidden from view side/sides of your car. No excuse for dirt on wheel or dirt dried on body. I was in a hurry or I would have made them correct the problem. Go at your own risk.

This place is not what it used to be. I have been coming here for the past few years to get an oil change and the last two times I have come here the service has been lacking. This time I had to remind them to top off my washer fluid and check the air in the tires. I will not be coming back! $32.00 is too much for half ass service.

2nd time here, this one worst that last. Ask them not to go in my back seat, waste of time asking, everything to off and thrown on ground. Truck still had mud all over it, bugs stuck all over grill, mirrors and windshield. Will never go back, look up Mr. Roys carwash, headed there now!

Horrible they let my car dry without drying it. When I asked for the owner he wasnt available and than I asked to talk with a manager she wasnt, so they asked for my name and number and told me she will call in 10 minutes . I waited 10 minutes called back and the manager was gone.

This place has really changed! $15.99 for a car wash only! They dont vacuum your car, or wipe the interior. You stay in your vehicle and all they do is wipe it off a little. We wont be going back...

I at first had trouble with one of the guys outside. He was very rude. However, Miss Rosy at the front desk is so sweet and did more than she had to in order to make sure I got what I needed.
