DONT WORK HERE!!! I have been working at this car wash for the last year. It was a perfectly good job until the beginning of December of 2015. The managers treattheir customers very terrible and employees even worse. They cant hold a stable employee and screw them over multiple times. They also force them to do uninsured work like cut tree limbs, grass, and etc. They only pay 7.00 an hr. Which is alright with the tips but you dont get many hrs. They talk really disrespectful to you like a dog and are very biligerant. There is only on supervisor there who is respectable and knows how to have a normal conversation, which is Jarrell. Ruban was the only well mannered manager their, but they also treated him very poorly also. Their equipment is poor and out of date and they also dont train their employees well ( which is weird becuase they like to talk don on them when they do a poor job). Their are many reasons do to the managers why the employees dont last a month. Just a poorly executed car wash. I mean who lets their vacuums get messed up and really old and never fixes them. Cars never come out clean through the vacuum. Trust me ive worked back there since august of last year. Be very weary of these rude and disrespectful people. The employees are nice though honestly.

Been going to this car wash for years. Even through all the Emanuel Cleaver turmoil Ive always had great service - until today. I took my car in for a wash and detail. The car came out of the wash just fine - I even walked around it while I was speaking with one of the employees about waiting for the detail service. Several hours later, I go out to retrieve my vehicle and theres a large crack in a piece of plastic trim on the rear drivers side door. I pointed it out to the employee who went inside and got someone else. After speaking with three people, one who claimed to be the owner - I was given a piece of paper noting the damage and promptly being marked as "claim denied." How can you deny causing damage to a vehicle that was inspected and found to be fine and then 3 hours later has damage? Be very wary of this car wash. If youre going to use them I highly recommend taking photos of your vehicle before you enter the wash! Im going to present them with estimates next week and see what happens. I will update my review if they make things right - but Im not holding my breath!

Went on a Friday evening paid $25.00 for the top wash on the board, they did not wipe down the inside of my car, my windows were smeared all up just a horrible place . This kid drove my car out and hit another car and almost ran over one of his coworkers. I went the next day after my son discovered a dent in my car. I ask for the Manager he comes out I explain the issue. he tells me that it was a old dent it didnt happen there and just blew me off. The young lady behind the front counter saw it as well he didnt ask her anything. I will never take my car there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. They have no idea what customer service really means. I didnt get what I paid for and management only cares about making money not their customers.

Went to this Car Wash about 30 minutes ago. Asked if the could do just an interior clean. With all 3 employees standing around, he said we can detail the inside, which is, costly, it we could do the whole wash. It is raining today and after working the Chiefs game last night the interior was all I wanted done. Guess it was not worth their time to just do the interior or supply great customer service. TIP for the owner, when you have no business and you have to close your doors, maybe you will figure out the importance of supplying exceptional customer service. Grab what business you can when it is raining or stand around and play on you phones all day and make NO money. Something is better than nothing. Better figure that out quick.

Very disappointed and frustrated! Second time that I have had them clean my car. The second time they did a poor job of cleaning it. Didnt take the time to vacuum and wipe down the inside of my car. The outside was had towel particles left behind. Windows were left streaked. I only came back because the first time they corrected it with no problems and very apologetic. This time I didnt have the time to take it back and didnt feel I should have to. Maybe the manager needs to check the cars before they leave the lot. I wont be back. For $25 I can clean it myself

Im very disappointed with the service here. I came into the parking lot on my motorcycle to inquire about their services and I was promptly forced off the property by a fat dude with brown hair. Not sure why he is representing the business since this was clearly discrimination but Ill be sure to take all of my business elsewhere. He assumed that, as I was on a motorcycle, I was only there to cause trouble.

Awful. Blonde gal left muddy footprints in the car. She was too busy flirting with the men she works with to notice she left streaks all over the glass she wiped. We has to ask her to re-wipe the interior 3 times before we gave up and left to go finish the job ourselves at home..

Cool car wash Ive been here several times and if you dont get clean the first time you go back through the washer they hand dry your vehicle and a great choice of air fresheners
