Iam very disappointed on diamond finish car wash actually about the manager, we always where happy clients until today, we had to call the police because the maneger wanted to INTIMIDATE us by SAYING you better get out of here before i call the POLICE, when i was trying to come down my husband the manager was trying to fight him by making him mad and he was just making fun about what my husband was saying. I cant believe a manager would have that type of ATTITUDE i think thats something very UNPROFESSIONAL i dont think he has the KNOWLEDGE of what its to be a real manager... The problem was that we had some issues the last time we went there with the last car wash because the cleaners (nice persons) left some details that i didnt like it, that time (like 1 month ago)the manager (not the same) came to me and told me to come back to take care of my truck anytime... Ill never did it until NOW 26/12/16 I ask so nice for a manager and thats when he came and said he wasnt gonna take care of us because we didnt come back on the follow 2 days after last time and he cant take care of the truck,thats when my husband got mad and say to put the truck outside so we can leave,after that my husband told him that we were going to give a bad review and hes started making my husband mad and making fun of him... and obviously my husband respond to him and the manager told my husband "youre crazy,is better you leave or i will call the police" and laughing of my husband and my husband try to fight with him because hes attitude and the manager try to fight too... NOW i understand our poor mexican culture (were mexicans and were proud to be) but this type of issues show our poor culture because if this would it happens to an american or other race i dont think he will act like that... Zero stars from me, unfortunately. Today I had everything but a Diamond experience at the Diamond Finish car wash. I purchased a $22 full service wash, interior clean and vacuum. I got in and found several spots that could have been easily cleaned, and unfortunately completely overlooked. I made a comment to the employee and he begrudgingly succumbed to my request. I let this go and went home. Later that evening I opened the back door and found the entire backseat was left untouched and not clean. :( (big sad face) I went back to the car wash and politely told the manager my story and asked for my money back. He replied and said, "Ill give you your money back, but dont you ever come back again." He proceeded to give me my money back, but also continuing to tell me to never come back. I also replied and said, "You got it!" Enter at your own risk at Diamond.

Not worth your time or money! I used an offer I purchased through Groupon for a superior carwash which is $25.99. I can tell you do not go there. They did not provide the services listed for this wash. Exterior was still wet in many places, mats were not mechanically cleaned and the tires were not dressed. Go to Green Lantern and buy their $8 wash for the same quality of wash I received. I spoke to the manager and he said bring it back in 2 days. I told him I do not get to Mission often and it would be several weeks before Id be back. He said no way. Now how is that for service. Why use Groupon to promote your business and then provide bad service. AVOID AVOID AVOID Diamond Finish Carwash.

Pricing was a little high, but I was okay with that. The service and the management were horrible. My brand new truck had been off the dealership lot for less than a month when I took it in for a "Diamond Plus" wash. When I got in my truck to leave, I noticed a gouge in the leather steering wheel. When I pointed this out to the staff, the manager just kept insisting that it couldnt have been their fault because the guys who washed my truck werent wearing any rings. He kept asking me "how did it happen?" I dont know how it happened, but I can definitely tell you when it happened and that is the 10 minutes the truck was in the custody of their employees. I will NEVER utilize this car wash again.

If zero stars was an option, I would go for that! This place is the absolute worst! I paid the $22 to have my car detailed inside and out. After my car was done, I found that they did not vacuum the interior as promised with the price. Also, they put someone elses floor mats in my car on top of mine! I told them those arent my mats and they quickly removed them and threw them to the side! When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that my car had not picked up on my key fob. I told them that I needed my key and they had to search for close to two minutes to locate it! I will never return to this wash! Dont give them your business!

DO NOT GO THERE! I started with several good experiences for a basic wash. On my last visit, I was asked if I had signed their Ford Fussion disclaimer. I said I had been there several times, and did not know what they were talking about. The worker said there was a problem with the Fusion mirrors and the car wash was not responsible for any damage. I hadnt had problems before so I went on with the car wash. That visit my MIRROR WAS DAMAGED. It is going to cost nearly $500 to fix! There are so many Ford Fusions on the road, it must be a problem with their washer and not the car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Third trip to this place over a several month period, and the third time the car wash was broken. They told me it would be 15 minutes before they could start, as the car wash was being repaired. I agreed to stay. I asked if I could pay extra to have them vacuum the hatch back extra, since it has dog hair and dirt from hauling mulch. I was told no, and that theres no way to remove dog hair even with a full detail. I just wanted them to vacuum a little extra, not make miracles happen! Needless to say, I wont be going back any time soon. If ever.

I live in Mission and have got my car washed her several times. I go because its close and convenient, but every time I am disappointed. After this last time, Im not going back. Car is always dirty on the back and on the back bumper. When they towel dry the car, there are spots everywhere. This time I paid extra to wash the mats and they looks like they were untouched, so I rewashed them at home. Also its extremely expensive for them to do such a terrible job. Never friendly either. Im driving the extra miles from now on to go somewhere else.

DO NOT GO THERE! Zero Stars! I took my 2008 Toyota there to get waxed. I bought the car new in 2008 and have kept it in excellent condition. I got my car home and noticed that the bottom of my front bumper was all scrapped up. It was not there before I dropped it off! Of course the owner said they didn’t do it and said he would watch the video and call back. Of course he didn’t. We called back and he says he didn’t see anything on the video. Cost of Repair is over $800.00. No integrity at all.
