I am very pleased with this car wash. After a rough winter this year my interior was a MESS. I had really bad salt stains all over my seats, Dog hair & I got sick one day & puked in my jeep while driving on the highway, between the seat & the shifter Which is a PAIN to clean & get out of carpet. I tried several times to clean the stains/hair/puke but nothing worked cuz alot of it was in very hard to reach areas so I just gave in & decided to detail the jeep. I have driven past this place several times so I thought Id try it out. I called & described the condition of the inside of the car to the lady on the phone & she suggested the The Interior Clean Package for $109.99 & stated to me that since there was puke (bio hazard I guess) thatd itd be $15 to $20 fee to get that removed. I didnt mind since it was puke but I didnt realize detailing cost so much but I HAD to get this jeep back to looking new. I made an appointment cuz the lady said it may take up to 2 to 3 hours to get a job like that done. I went in & the staff is friendly, They have a GIANT red Parrot that is not caged in there lobby which is really kool but you cant pet it just look at it. They have a really kool looking salt water fish tank to, that I love looking at. They offer snacks & sodas there & a few other car wash items. I paid the cashier & just walked down the street to my friends apt to hang out till it was done. It took about the time they said it would which was 3 hours. I walked back & checked out the the inside of the jeep. It was so Clean! They got all the salts stains out & got ALL the puke out which really impressed me cuz that puke had been sitting there for about a year, It just would never come out. Most of all the dog hair came out but there was some hair here & there. They got out all the mud & dirt & did a pretty good job on the floor mats. They windexed everything & armoralled the dash. They even put plastic on the seats so my butt wouldnt get wet. It takes a few hours for it to dry fully inside the jeep so I had to keep most of the windows down for the rest of the day. Over all they did a pretty good job considering the condition of the interior for an ok price. I would come back again & recommend this place to anyone.

I purchesd a $110 wash package, used two of the tickets, was told by the employee that with the wash that I used, I could get a free "rewash" with in 3 days. My car was hit by a sprinkler so I went back for my rewash. After my car was in the wash, I was told rudely that my rewash was not going to b honerd. I told the girl that I was not gonna pay for the rewash of the $60 buff n shine wash that I was intitled to. She called the fat manager over who simply said that thay wouldnt honer the rewash, and rudely turned his back on me. When I told him that he needed to get the owner or call the police cuz im not paying, he went to my car, took the key out, and told me that I couldnt leave untill I pay them. At this point all I could repeat was call the cops, the owner or give me my car. After 10 mins on his cell phone he gave me my keys back, I drifted out of the lot, went home, I tore up $60 in wash tickets. Not worth streaks all over my bmw after a $60 wash, along with being treated like s... by the people who work there, and get my car taken hostage for 15 mins. Its too bad that they work at a car wash, but no need to take it out on the customer! ILL NEVER B BACK, AND I RECOMEND STAYING AWAY!

Ive had my car washed at Paradise four times in the past two years, and this will definitely be the last time I go there. Its insanely overpriced for a mediocre job. I spent $30 for the Admiral wash, which for me is a crazy amount of money for a car wash, and the job done by Paradise was far from worth it. Yes, my exterior was washed fine and the interior was decently vacuumed. However, only about half of my dashboard was dusted, and the gear shift/cupholder area wasnt even touched. It wasnt very busy when I was there, but it definitely felt that they were rushing. Case in point, they waved me over to get my car before realizing they hadnt even done the tires yet. The cashier inside split her time between ringing me up and shouting at coworkers over her headset. I didnt spend $30 to get yelled at. I doubt Ill return to Paradise to get a re-wash (as part of their "clean car guarantee") or, more specifically, a re-dust. The three other times Ive gone back for a (free) re-do was because my windshield or back window was streaked, and all three re-dos resulted in different streaks. So why bother? Im done with Paradise, and I certainly wont recommend them to anyone else.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!! I brought my car to get washed. In the middle of it, a hydraulic line broke and hydraulic fluid splashed all over my car. Instead of immediately taking steps to remedy the situation, they told me to come back later when the line was fixed to wash the car and that it was probably just soap on my car that was not coming off. When I refused to leave, they hand washed my car, but poorly. I asked to speak to a manager or owner to get an incident report as my paint job is now dull. When he refused to come see me, I sought him out by walking through the car wash to find him. I asked him for an incident report in writing and he refused stating, and I quote "If your insurance calls me, I am going to tell them nothing happened here. Your car looks fine and its clean." I ended up having to call the Bloomington police to document the incident. I understand that accidents happen, but when it did, not only did they try to cover it up, but told me flat out that they will lie to my insurance so as not to cover the damage. I will NEVER be back here and will solely deal through my insurance now to get my car repaired.

I decided to get a car wash here because is close to home, all I needed was an exterior wash with the tires armor all. Just to find out how bad and slow their system works, I waited for 35 minutes in line, when my car finally got to the vacuum area still took another 15 minutes for them to put it thru the car wash, because they vacuum other cars and wash them before mine when it was my turn, when I pick it up the employees had only applied the armor all to one side of the car and were rude when I asked to get armor all on the other side. Their over all system is dumb, once your get in line you cant back out or move anywhere, theres no alternative exit in case you want to leave. Im never going back there again! Dont waste your time going to this place, you are better off going to a gas station.
