We had an amazing experience with Charles, the owner of the PODS in Wichita. We had a situation with the person that was moving into the home that we had just moved out of. Our POD was awaiting pick-up and she threatened to have it towed if we didnt have it off the driveway before 10:00 am that Monday morning. The customer service from the national call center was awesome, called Charles in Wichita for us, and then Charles called us, making an early trip to the property to pick up the POD. Despite the nasty attitude of the lady at our former residence, he was fun to deal with and gave us comfort that our worries were taken care of. Top notch service, great follow-up, and a true commitment to doing the job right. I highly recommend Charles and his team!

This is a perfect way to move if you dont mind doing most of the work yourself or have friends and family to help out. It will definitely save you money. You can work on your own schedule and the folks at PODS are friendly and helpful. In addition it is fascinating to watch the pod delivered and off-loaded and then on-loaded. An excellent idea well executed.

I found that their services were the best. Easy to arrange for, and their unit was clean, arrived on time, put where I wanted it, and picked up the same afternoon after I had emptied it. I will use them again. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Excellent Service-Wished I had used more than one and forgot about the extra storage unit. Very easy to utilize and delivery and pickups were on time and right where I wanted them. Will use them again when needed and recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent service and a brilliant idea. Pack and unload when it suits you. Takes a lot of the pressure off not having a removal company arriving on a set day. I will definitely use PODS again in the future if I have to move.
