ask the right questions before you use this company. They work within "a window" of time and are not very communicative on when they will pick up or deliver. we had two cubes that were picked up a the same time, but delivered 5 days apart. This caused us lots of money and time to re-coordinate. Please keep in mind you are dealing with a freight company. They care nothing about what is inside your cube, or that you have your life to live, they only care about the movement of the freight and how to make it more efficient for them. The bed was in the second cube so we all crammed in a hotel room while we waiting. All the while the tracking to find out when these would deliver was poor, i made 10 phone calls just to try to get answers. Major self serve operation here - and yet, you are "out of control" during most of the process.

U-Pack offers excellent service and very beneficial equipment for moving large or very small household goods across the country at a very reasonable price. I researched various rental truck companies and competitors cubes and, for us, U-Pack was the obvious choice. And, also, the stress of driving an unfamiliar rental truck 1700 miles to and through the densely populated New York, New Jersey corridor was immediately relieved and is still in the forefront of our minds weeks after U-Pack saved us from that. You must consider U-pack for your move!

U-Pack provided the best customer service for my move. Easy set up for delivery and pick up at both ends of the move. They were able to accommodate my schedule and hesitance to pack up and leave Fort Worth. They offered the best price too.
