Our clothes dryer was damaged during our move causing us to have to purchase a new dryer since it was un-repairable. I turned in a claim for the damage, understanding that since I didnt take out extra insurance, that they were only liable for $0.60 per pound, or only about $65 dollars. They refused my claim. Even after I sent them pictures of the damage, receipts for the service call, and a statement from the technician as to how the damage occurred. Beware of a company that promises to pay for any damage done by them, but refuses to do so.

I used Bell Brothers to move me from Azle to Whitney, oh my gosh what a great group. They quoted me a price but were finish ahead of schedule and it was a lot less. They shrink wrapped every thing, packed everything with care, I had a lot of fragile things and they took great care with them. It was worth have 3 guys rather than 2, things went very fast and smooth. Sergio, Francisco and Jay are my guys for the move I am getting ready to make from storage to new home. Communication with the office was excellent. A+A+A+

This past weekend, we used Bell Brothers Moving and we could not have been more thrilled with their work! We moved from a one-story home to a three-story apartment with very narrow stairwells and they were rockstars! James, Jaimie and Jose took great care in moving all of our furniture and not a single thing was ruined. They were kind, fast and extremely meticulous with every move they made! We will be moving again in about 7 months and will be hiring Bell Brothers! We highly recommend their services!

I have had Bell Brothers move me twice. Most recently we had them send out Mike and Ruben. They were amazing, worked super fast and never complained once about having to move my ridiculously heavy furniture up our stairs. I was worried about being charged by the hour but they moved very quickly and were actually jogging back and forth between the truck and our storage unit while loading it up. I would request Mike and Ruben again in the future and recommend you do the same!

I have had Bell Brothers to move me from Whitney to Ft. Worth and then, because I was so happy with them and their service, that I called them again to move furniture for my Mother. On both occasions I had excellent people moving my furniture with great care. My recent request I had Jimmy and Robby and they did an excellent job. Bell Brothers did a fantastic job for us! I had to arrange this move from out of state, and was extremely pleased with their service. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and were very respectful. We were worried about getting large furniture up a tight stairwell….they made it look easy and had not one word of complaint about it. Great job Bell Brothers!
