I needed to quickly move my moms things out of an assisted living facility and into a nearby storage space. I called Two Men and a Truck based on a great prior experience with them (in another state). I was happy that they had a crew available when I needed it done (called on the Friday before Christmas and needed to move her things as early as possible the following week). The person on the phone walked through the process with me to understand how much help we would need, how many rooms they would need to pack, essentially getting all of the details necessary to provide a good estimate of time and cost. I was pleased with the estimates and received them in writing via email shortly after our phone conversation. The movers themselves were excellent. They arrived on time, and they were very professional in their conduct and mindful about how they handled her things. They also worked diligently, ensuring that the job was done as quickly as reasonably possible. At the end of the move, the actual charges were near the lower end of the estimated cost range provided prior to the move. Based on the two experiences I have had with Two Men and a Truck I wont hesitate to call them again in the future.

Two Men and a Truck provides excellent service. We moved from Wichita to Oklahoma City. The guys were great. They loaded the truck in a very organized and timely manner. The next morning they unloaded the truck in Oklahoma City very quickly. We moved into two locations and they were done in a matter of 4.5 hours. We were impressed. We didnt have anything broken or any problems with our service. The supervisors checked in with me twice while the truck was being loaded. Then called me once they weighed the truck. I would definitely recommend.

Terrible, god awful, unprofessional, idiotic, worst experience with a company that I have ever had in my life. RIP OFF. Never use this company. Youre better off paying strangers with a truck to move your things. Was told that someone would call me to resolve issues, but they have my money already so they dont care--terrible customer service and no one will take you seriously. Did not bring tools to disassemble my things--movers were incredibly unprepared. Stole the tools that I let them borrow. Yep, paid people to STEAL MY THINGS.

Would just like to share a few comments about our Wichita move team yesterday. Levi and Bryce were fantastic in taking care of our move and offered to go above and beyond to assist us in everything we needed. This is the first time we have used a moving company and there is no need to ever search for another, as this expeience was so impressive and we were well satisfied with our experience. I have had the great pleasure of working w/the Wichita, KS group at least three separate times in the last couple years. Each time they have taken the time to move all, as I have wanted, carefully, and in some cases where Ive been unsure of placement of furniture, and had to relocate it, including up and down stairs, they have handled it all patiently. Nothing broken or scratched, which happens from time to time in any move. My thanks to each of the crews Ive had contact with.

We have used then many times without incident. This time my large EXPENSIVE things were damaged and they have yet to remedy it as its going on 4 months since the move!!!!!! I mean how many more times do you need to come look at the damage, you have come out 3 times and taken pictures every time......
