Wonderful experience! I cant express how pleased I am with ProStar moving! I contacted a number of other moving companies and chose ProStar because they were sincere local people who took a deep interest in my moving needs. They arrived exactly on time and communicated information well. My move was very unusual because Im a musician owning many expensive and rare large instruments. Joe, head of the moving crew attended personally and the crew, Luis and Jay took extreme care packing and wrapping my instruments and furnishings. They arrived well stocked with all necessary supplies to move safely. Very clean truck. They constantly checked with me to ask if an item could be packed a certain way so it was safe. During the move out of my previous location to the new one they worked tirelessly and were professional and pleasant. Put everything exactly where we wanted it. Not a scratch or damage to anything. Totally professional and quick. They made a stressful move a great experience. Im sorry I can only give them 5 out of 5 stars! I wish I could give them 7 out of 5! If you want the best possible movers call ProStar first! Its more like having friends move you than strangers! Thank you Joe, Luis, and Jay!

Who said that moving is stressful? ProStar Moving LLC made my move today stress free. Kenneth and Evan called to inform me that they are 10 minutes away, and arrived promptly on our agreed upon time. Today was a hot sweltering day – so uncomfortably hot that it’s easy to be grumpy, and easier to be careless about work. But not Kenneth and Evan. These gentlemen greeted me with a smile, shook hands with me (very professional and businesslike), presented me with the paper work, and went promptly to work. They were very efficient… not a single minute was wasted! On top of that, they were very cheerful. That’s not all. They were very careful with my things. I am very meticulous and have a keen eye for detail. None of my furniture had any nicks or scratch. None of my delicate china and glassware was broken. Everything was just perfect! You deserve not just 5 stars, but 10. I sincerely thank you. Gob bless!

My move was supposed to be Sat.June 6th but the ppl who were supposed to be there flaked out. So i called around for anyplace that could get my stuff out today as today was supposed to be my last day in the apartment. ProStar was the only place that could do it on short notice. Evan and James were great. They cracked jokes and made me feel at ease the entire time. They did it in exactly 2 hours even with a small break to rest from the heat. Tipped them and told them to go eat someplace that had great A/C. lol. I have found my favorite moving company and will now use them for anything moving related. Hopefully that wont be for a long while. ;-) Thank you Thank you Thank you. Great service all the way around. and getting 2 geeks to move us helped lol.

Mitchell and Dustin were awesome! They moved me from a second story one bedroom to third story across town in less than 4 hours. They went above and beyond to make sure my over-sized couch got into the new place. They ended up lowering it over the balcony at the old apartment and hauling up the over the third story balcony at the new one. There were polite and professional, very reasonably priced, and made sure there was no damage to anything I own. I found out about Prostar because the company I work for hired them to move our office and they were also great for that move, even though it was pouring rain. I plan on using Prostar for all future moves and would highly recommend these guys to anyone I know who is moving.

We used this company to move our entire house out of storage in Lewisville. We had a 4 man crew and 2 trucks. They arrived on time. Moved quickly, but were very gentle of our belongings. They were done loading the trucks up in 2 hours, drove over 45 mins to get to our new house and were done unloading and setting up w/in 2 additional hours. All four men were full of energy, respectful, and thorough. They were absolutely awesome and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. The owner/supervisor Matt was great at keeping me posted on his crews progress and kept in communication in the days leading up to our move. Very well done, Pro Star!

Excellent service!!!! It is very rare to call a business and actually get to its owner directly... let alone them actually show up at you house to make this run smoother. Matt was this person. Very professional and open and made sure that there were no kinks and my furniture was well taken care of... he even starting packing boxes with his guys. Joe, Jason, and Junior were a great help in helping us move. They were professional and kind, as well a working suprisingly fast pace and even playing with my son of 5 in the process. I had a positive experience with this company and will definitely use them again.

DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cancelled the morning of our move (booked weeks in advance and confirmed the day before). Offered us no other solutions or help, simple said there was nothing they could do. Shady company, communicated primarily via text and were hard to get in contact with. Our move was scheduled between 10-11:30am and they called us AFTER 10 to say their truck "overheated" and cancelled the move. Refused to problem solve with us by getting another truck, scheduling another time, etc. DO NOT HIRE. HORRIBLE, UNRELIABLE.

Excellent experience! Matt took my initial call and pulled me out of a real jam as the movers I thought I had booked over a month ago bailed on me. My move had to be on a certain day and he made it happen. I was told they would arrive between 9:30 and 10am and they were right on time. Evan and James were fantastic! They were both professional, worked very hard, had a great sense of humor and if I ever have to move again I would certainly request them. Ive moved way too many times over the years and ProStar has been the best.

Great Job! I hired these movers to move my office in Arlington, TX. I called and they promptly came out to do an estimate for my office. The total cost of the move came in lower than the estimate which was nice for a change. They were on time and professional. They disassembled my multi part desks and protected the pieces with plastic wrap. I am having the office furniture stored while we remodel the building. I have already booked them to move the office back from storage. I highly recommend hiring this moving company.

When we move again, this will deffinately be the company we go with. Lewis and Parker were both amazing. The service was quick, afordable, and best of all, easy on my back, lol. We had heard about all of the extra fees and whatnot mover will stick you with, but these guys only charged us what they said they would over the phone. Not a single supprise fee when the work was done. Once more, when we upgrade to a house, these Prostar folks will be the ones moving us there.

Over my lifetime I have moved over 20 times due to jobs. ProStar Moving is the best moving company I have ever used. They even carried my groceries upstairs for me! They arrived when they said they would, loaded everthing carefully and unloaded without incident. And the owner Matt answered all emails within 24 hours and was overall a good guy. If I ever move again they will be the first ones I call and you should too! They are excellent!
