- Recommendations on vacations were limited. - No additional assistance beyond booking resort and plane tickets (we could have done that ourselves). - No communication when our original agent left the company - it would have nice to have been informed who to address our questions to. - Called to make a payment, and the assistance was minimal - had to call back later to get a confirmation code because the person that worked the weekend didnt seem to know how to properly work the payment system or look up clients. - Given ZERO customer service once we had paid our vacation in full. Emails were ignored and phone calls were hung up on for no reason at all. Calls went unanswered when calling during posted (online) business hours. - Since our travel documents "didnt go through" in our email correspondence (yeah, right), we provided our home address so they could be mailed. Never received documents in the mail, so we physically had to go to the location to pick up our documents (which werent even ready for us when we called beforehand to let them know we were coming). - Ended up costing us additional fees at the airport since they misspelled our name on the ticket reservation. They are (so-called) professionals, and would expect them to double check this kind of thing. - Overall, very disappointed, and will NOT use Air Capital Travel again. I will say that the lady that took our final payment was pleasant, so its a shame that the others have to spoil it for the ones that care about the company image.

Used them to book our honeymoon and it was a nightmare. The first woman we worked with, Jill, was wonderful. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgable. Well she no longer works there so our trip was transferred to Kyle. And he is horrible. We sat in the office for 2 hours while he tried to figure out how to use the software. He tried to discreetly ask his boss if he would get commission off the excursions we were trying to book. Then when we got to Mexico we were told that two of the excursions were going to the same place and it could have been made into a 1 day trip for cheaper (and more fun that way), and we had a hell of a time trying to get our information for parasailing. We had all the paperwork he told us to take and it was still a mess. We are planning our anniversary trip for next summer and we will NOT be using them.

Great experience! We knew we wanted to travel, just a big group of us, and hit the caribbean. We had no real direction, just a budjet for sure. They helped us take care of every minute detail, helped with the research and were very patient with our indecisevness lol. We ended up having the PERFECT trip to mexico! And because of thier knowledge and helpfullness, we were able to stay well within our budjet; we spent way less for our trip than we had found ourselves and were able to do all the "extra" junk like tours and ziplining because of it! Mucho reccomendations!

Awesome Agency. They helped us plan our entire trip, from the ride to the airport, to the tours in mexico (they knew which tours were the best), the best places to eat, and got us home safe and sound. They knew all the hotels in the area and directed us toward one that fit our budget and needs. He even helped us find the best beach to surf in Cabo, and although we were too stubborn to pay for the instructors, it was still fun.
