I wish I could give no stars. I received no respect when I visited this agency and was disrespected by the sales lady eluding that I could not afford the vacation I was inquiring about. She ask me my budget which was around $7,000-$10,000. Then he said the trip I wanted was out of my budget. Since I had done my own research for months I knew what the trip should cost and my budget would be accommodating. Then she gave me a package that was the highest end accommodations for $12,600. I found this agency to be very unprofessional and will not go back and will furthermore encourage others to not go there as well. Note to the owner: hirer respectful/knowledgeable employees. I was planning on spending $7,000-$14,000 but will not now because of the service I received.

We went to Boarding Pass, and were helped by Karen. Karen was a great help when planning our honeymoon! She did literally EVERYTHING for us, which made for a very stress free vacation! She knew our budget and planned us the best cruise experience she could with the amount we could pay. We could not have had a better Honeymoon. Karen was such a friendly person, and always seemed excited to be helping us! We will be returning to Karen for future vacations!

Horrible. We planned our spring break trip through Boarding Pass, and they ended up splitting our group in 2 and putting us in separate hotels in different cities, and didnt tell us until 1 week before. Hotel was horrible, we found rat poop in our room and 3 of us got sick. Never gave us a refund, didnt care about our trip, way over priced. NO ONE in our group would ever use boarding pass again. Terrible service. That place is a joke.
