I called and spoke with Debbie Leck about travel plans to Florida. I explained how we were very flexible with different locations and condos. I told her I just needed help in planning something. She took all of my information and said shed get back to me. That night I received an email from her stating that she couldnt find anything and gave me a link to find something on my own. She never called to ask about changing my pricing expectations or anything. She didnt try to do anything to help us plan our vacation. No follow-up call. Nothing. I was not impressed with the customer service. She acted as if my business was not important to her. Would not recommend at all.

Brad helped us plan our trip to Ireland and the planning he provided was spot on. We wanted to see as much of Ireland as possible in our 3 weeks of travel.
