SCAM!!! Run away! They should be shut down! You can get the same deals through Living Social and Travelocity with NO membership fee and with great cancellation policies. They charge you a huge membership fee & yearly renewal fee for NOTHING. They pretend you will get deluxe accommodations and they have an extensive inventory to select from. The truth is the properties are mostly average, and they have to wait for other companies to have an overstock to make an offering. Their policies are outrageous, making you wait months and months to get your booking, with a its all we have take it or leave it attitude, and you have to cancel more than 60 days in advance for a refund. Dont believe a word of the presentation. If its not in the contract you wont get it. They are smooth talking thieves. The "free" plane tickets is also nearly worthless as you are charged a surcharge to leave from Austin, flights cant be booked two weeks before and after any public holiday, must be booked a month in advance from the time they have validated your policy, and only valid for a year which means about 10 months. You have to pay $100 for this as well and of course dont have a choice of the connection times.

Beware its a scam!!!? They say you vacation through Vacation Network Inc. Google Vacation Network Inc and you will see thousands of scam reviews, law suites and Attorney General getting involved. They are even rates F with the BOB. Dont fall for the plain tickets either thats a scam also. One guy told us while we where there that he could not work for time share because they sale people something they can't use. This is even worse they take your money and you get nothing. They where even on the news for the top scam travel company. Its so sad that people take advantage of people and their hard earned money. They will make it sound like its the best things. I pray for everyone involved that they don't get scamed and the people working to take advantage of people. God does not like ugly are treating people this way.

This is the worst scam ever! And unfortunately we fell for it. We paid them $4000.00 to get out of our time share and join Platinum. Its been over a year and we still own our time share and Platinum has done nothing with our $4000.00 to take over the time share. We are still getting bills from our timeshare. They are horrible. I dont know how these people sleep at night. I feel like we just rolled the window down and threw $4k out. I have never used our Platinum Network for booking travel as all the places they offer are not any place I would spend the night in! Please do not join Platinum. If its to good to be true.... then it probably isnt.

The Platinum Travel Network has professional, courteous, and helpful staff. They afforded me the opportunity to experience a wonderful vacation that I would have never otherwise been able to take part in. I am so glad I signed up with them!
