I attempted to call your 800 # the automated system refused to give me a customer service representative and no where can I find a number where the driver can be contacted by the station and told to make another attempt to deliver my luggage. The airline will be charged for an overnight delivery which did not happen. I am only 25 miles from the warehouse....I expect luggage to be delivered before the end of the workday, preferably by 3 p.m. this afternoon! Your automated answering system stinks! and I have had consistent problems with this delivery person being unable to find my door bell or delivering packages when she is supposed to! I will not recommend Kansas Fed Ex to anyone again. Get my packages to me today!!!!

They have the worst customer service of any of the package delivery companies. I called so i could get a estimate of delivery time so that I wouldnt miss the truck because I had to sign for my package and I didnt want to waste all day waiting around for my delivery to get here. They told me they would call me back and give me a E.T.A. and they never got back with me.After several calls and 5 to 6 hours of waiting I have still not heard back from them and my day has been shot.I would suggest usps or ups both have better tracking and service in general.

Terrible. Had the 3 day shipping, package would not arrive until 5 days after. Called customer service, they could not even arrange to have me drive to the warehouse to pick up my package instead of having them deliver it to me while it sits in their warehouse for the next two days. Garbage service, just save money and go UPS because you will not be receiving your package on time nor can you take the initiative and just pick the damn thing up yourself.

Cant give 0 stars or I would. Package scheduled for delivery Saturday to my house and after I had it redirected to a 24/7 FedEx center. Saturday comes and changes delivery time to Monday because its now a "ground" shipment and they dont work on weekends. Seems like they dont work much at all to me. Changing delivery from my house to a 24/7 delivery center cost me a weekend. Long live USPS

I was supposed to have a package delivered on Saturday but it didnt arrive due to a "weather delay". The funny thing is that the weather wasnt even bad. Since FedEx is closed on Monday, it wont be delivered until Tuesday. 8 days for a package. USPS delivered my stuff in 2 days during the week of Christmas. Way to go FedEx. You suck.

Amazing Customer service. Staff listens to customers and makes every situation right. How amazing is it that you can drop a package off at 8pm and by 10 am the package is delivered to the opposite side of the country? Good job FedEx!

Customer service was horrible. They seemed rather annoyed that they had people in line to help. Two people working, one was extremely pre occupied with something else. Not impressed.

they did not drop of my package at the main office and I had to drive to the Fedex store to get my package! all because the driver did not do his job right
