Although the website states 24/7 it just isnt so. There is a machine there that might take your small package but these folks go home at 5 pm on Saturday and no one is there on Sunday! I wasted a trip there and had to drive to Lovers Lane @ Central Expressway in Dallas to drop off a package. It also cost me more than what the website stipulated as even though I set up a shipment for delivery by 4:30 pm Tuesday in Cleveland the package would not have arrived until 4:30 pm Wednesday so much for 2nd day delivery. Apparently they for get to tell you that the day you drop off the package does not count. I had to pay for overnight as my package will not be picked up before 6 pm on Monday. A little upfront honesty would go along way! I have no idea how the folks at the Fort Worth location are to work with they were not there despite it showing as a 24 hour location!!!!! I do need to state Peter at the 24 hour FedEx Office location in Dallas was extremely helpful and professional!

Drivers cannot even load a simple package for delivery on the day promised. According to the online tracking my package, which was to be delivered TODAY, is STILL sitting somewhere at their Fort Worth facility. I needed that for work on Monday the 24th of July, which is why I paid the extra shipping to get it here by the 22nd, and FedEx drops the ball and doesnt even get the danged thing on the truck for delivery as promised.

I went here to ship some items home from traveling to the area for work. Their systems were down, which isnt their fault, but they were incredibly short and dismissive as though I was inconveniencing them by stopping there to try to ship while they had system issues, as if I should have just known this. I dont fault them for things out of their control, but do for how they treat customers in that time.

I came in one day and found a pretty over worked employee who I sensed a lot of frustration coming from her. She was the only person working and there were about 5 people including me waiting in line. She was pretty upset and showed it too. For such a big company, they need to help out their employees. I maybe wrong, maybe that employee just doesnt like to work lol.

Garbage, I ordered something online and sent my husband to pick it up and they wouldnt release it. Was total drama, I will never EVER ship anything fedex again. Their service is garbage, their people are trash and were never using them again.

The Best Used Trucks crew often goes to the Fed Ex on Mark IV parkway in the evening sometimes minutes before closing. Everyone is helpful, polite and courteous. We are grateful they are open late.
