The Roanoke Post office is the exact opposite of the Keller Post office. The people working in Roanoke, are Very friendly and Knowledgeable. How can there be such a difference between the two? I really cant say enough good things about them. The Roanoke Post office is as good as it gets !!!

Love the front office people but road service stinks. Get my bills so late I have to pay fines. No suite number on my box, store is filthy, outside blue boxes are overflowing. All this means terrible management. Bernese here 20 years, never improved.

Friendly and clean. I only went in to grab a certain flat rate box which they didnt have so I ended up leaving without what I needed but was told I could order online. :)
