First off, I must state that I was a notary public for many years, so I understand how it all works. My wife and I just went to Copy and Ship HQ to get the second part of a document notarized (in triplicate). We had the first part notarized a month ago at another copy shop in Keller - it had the same number of signatures needed, notarization spots, etc. The first shop charged us $18. When we went to Copy and Ship HQ, their sign said that the first signature was $6, and subsequent ones were $1. Since the notary had to sign twice on each of the three copies, the cost should have been $21. When get got done, the notary (who is also the owner) charged us $48. He claimed that every signature anyone made on the document counted as a chargeable piece. He ended up charging us for my signature, my wifes signature, the places he signed, and the stamps. Even so, it didnt work out to $48. When we pointed it out, his only response was "Its still cheaper than a lawyer." I told him that the other copy shop had charged us $18 for the service. He just shrugged. A friend of mine had complained about the place before, saying that they nickel and dimed her when she sent a package. Thats why I made sure to check the prices for notarization ahead of time. I should have listened to her, and taken it as a red flag when the notary and his staff continued chit-chatting when we first approached the counter, making us wait while they finished their conversation. Copy shops are a dime a dozen. I could have spent 25 cents more in gas and gone to the first one we visited and saved $30.

2 people in the shop and only one person was helping guest. They have signs all over the place saying "out of free tape for your box $1.00 cash only" and 10.00 minimum for CC. I could potentially ship thousands of dollars through here, but it makes you want to not go back. UPDATE: Had to to update this review to 1 Star from 2. I thought I would give them a 2nd chance and possibly change my review, but that did not go well. Owner was very threaten by this online review. I attempted to explain that their signage was a way of "yelling" at their customers unintentionally, but instead proceeded to start preaching to me that the review was not very christian. He even went as far as to facebook stalk me( knew several details about me), but not address my concerns as a proper business owner. His co-worker ( wife I assume) was pleasant, but he would not allow her to get a word in. Refused to accept my FedEX Air shipment. I will not be recommending anyone use this establishment.

Very friendly, and personable. This is the only place I go to for my shipping needs. Theres been times when I was requesting to use one of their services and the gentlemen behind the counter would stop me and recommend a service half the cost that would get my package their at the same time. Ive seen some negative reviews on here, not really sure how their experience got to that point but I cant imagine them ever deserving a 1 star rating. They may not offer everything but try going to a post office, ups, or FedEx office where they offer free bottled water and other small beverages. Long story short, I always try to use them first before any other store. They are also very strong supporter of the Military, veterans, and LE alike.

Wow! I just needed to print one copy of a form. The clerk was so kind as to waive the fee to print! I couldnt believe it. With other print places nickel-and-diming, charging for computer use just to get to your document, then charging to print, and this place just gave me my copy! Id never been here before, but Ill be using them for my shipping from now on. What a way to ensure loyalty!

Wow! I have been searching for so long for somewhere reliable to handle my shipping needs. I finally stumbled upon this lovely establishment. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude.
