I walk into the PostNet in Roanoak, TX (which by the way, does not have very customer friendly hours) and immediately I feel like I have mistaken this place for something its not. Its not a user friendly environment and very cluttered. I just needed somewhere where I could scan a document and email it. I asked the guy if there was a way that I could scan the document and email it. He was happy to help and walked over to a printer. He put my document on a jump drive and went to the computer (insisting to do it all) and emailed the document from Postnets email and CCing me on the email. This all took a matter of MAYBE 5 minutes. And while the document was uploading to the email he was doing other business on the computer. So after the email was sent I asked what I owed, thinking it would be a couple of bucks, since I only used a few minutes of time, and didnt need to use any ink or paper or anything of that sort. They charged me $10.81, just to scan a document and email it!!! You can be sure that I will never go back to a PostNet again when theyre charging ridiculous rates like that!!!

The guy that runs this place is the biggest jerk Ive come across in a long time. I live pretty close by and every time I go in here I realize Id rather be at the dentist. Usually its just to drop a pre-labeled package for UPS pickup or something simple. Dont bother coming in here for printing, their professional services are poor and atmosphere is depressing...and on top of that their pricing is way way way higher than it should be. I feel so bad for the young employees (who are probably not even making much more than minimum wage) because they are treated so badly and verbally abused day in and day out. I wish there was a UPS Store or FedEx Kinkos within a reasonable distance, I would drive a little extra to avoid this particular shipping/printing store.

Let me begin by saying that the customer service here is awful. Every time I go, no matter the errand, I always feel unwelcome. This is in full due to the owners sour attitude towards customers. There is only one employee (whos name escapes me) who has ever been polite to me on any occasion I have stepped foot in that store, and is the only reason I will ever return. My second complaint is the fact that any transaction under $3 cannot be taken with a card. The one time I tried, the owner vaguely told me "You cant do that here." With just about the most bitter, rude tone Ive ever heard. As someone who works in an establishment where customer service is key, That is the most ridiculous attitude towards a customer that can ever be given.

I go to my local PostNet in Roanoke Texas today, its quite busy. I mention to the sale lady that I need to access to email and to print documents. I sent down open my email print six pages. They start yelling (hateful tone), proceed to tell me that I shouldnt have printed as it went to the plotter. There are no signs telling stating not to print any where in the store. I have used FedEx and Office Depot no issues print and pay that simple. These clowns charged me $9.00 for six pages. I will never use your services again.oh and the guy told me that he hopes that door hits me in my head when I told him I would not be back.

I have been going here for years the best customer service . they answer all my question have pick up and drop off service you will not find a better place to do your printing or shipping needs. 10 out of 10 stars they take care of me if I need a custom box made they can do that as well notary service .also I will never need to go to the USPS EVER AGAIN Thanks to post net

The crew at PostNet, Roanoke are great! Have used them for shipping, printing detailed presentations, copies and faxing. Never had an issue and also open for rush jobs. Very reasonable on all prices and incredible customer service.

Very expensive for shipping. Great customer service and the owner is very nice. On average, I mail one package a month, and rarely get out of there spending less than $15. This is a UPS drop off location so thats a plus.
