Highland Village and Flower Mound PostNet #744, The Highlands of Flower Mound (adjacent the Shops at Highland Village): PostNet 6101 Long Prairie Rd #744 (adjacent Shops at Highland) is not only totally inept at shipping and documentation, but the employees have been VERY rude to us -- never again will we tolerate such disrespect from a so-called locally owned business. PostNet, in part, acts as the "middle person" for you and the major carriers such as USPS and UPS. PostNet employees, however, lack the knowledge for documentation and forms, ie, international shipping. We needed international shipping for medical records for a loved one who needs surgery in a foreign country, so, in addition to standard forms for international shipping, PostNet filled out an "unnecessary form." UPS and USPS use no such form and both subsequently stated to us that PostNet was at fault. The form header even indicated PostNet on the top of the page. Said form caused our loved one to incur $500 in importation (value) taxes, which was unnecessary, but it gets worse. PostNet, adjacent Shops at Highland Village, stated, "It is not our fault! If you have a problem with the shipping, take it up with UPS!" That rude, loud statement was made in front of customers and in front of our two year old son (who cried when he heard the loudness of the disrespect leveled at his mother). We have since severed all business relations, personal and otherwise, with this egregious business, PostNet, #744 The Highlands of Flower Mound, and now drive the extra mile to the US Post Office, where they treat us as humans and with respect and know WHICH forms to complete and how shipping should be conducted.

Slow, appear inexperienced or incompetent with shipping. Was told I didnt need a receipt for a UPS return, to take a picture of the tag? Every UPS Store I have ever used has offered a receipt. I dont think she knew how to create one. How is a picture going to help, it doesnt prove anything. Avoid this place.

I have used this Postnet many times over the last several years for both domestic and international shipping and have never had a problem. Ive always had friendly encounters with the staff. Thank you to the entire team for providing a great service to our community.

The staff here is always pleasant and willing to do what you ask. There is never a long line, the prices are competitive, and the customer service is top notch. Always a quick, hassle-free experience at this post center. Highly recommended

good prices but terribly rude people. no help whatsoever and simply mean. They ruined MY paper and said it was MY fault. They didnt even know how to work their own machines. Avoid this place like the plague!!!
