JJ Classic

UPS has the poorest customer service ever. Countless damage and loss claims. No help from our rep, all excuses. Fed Ex came in and took over and now we have a rep who makes sure everything is smooth and if there is ever a claim she handles it promptly. Not sure why UPS would lose a 25k/35k a month account to Fed Ex over $1800 in lost package claims but rather than take care of it, they lost a good business customer. But were a small company so were nothing in the big picture to them. I see that now.

Very tight parking. Employees mean well but more times than not packages I specify for "hold for pickup" via my paid UPS My Choice end up going out on the truck anyway....then not delivered. The most recent issue came up on a Friday....meaning the package I needed for the weekend wont be available until Monday.

Very bad customer service, refused my packages many times even if it was matching the label! I never do business with this location anymore and do not recommend it to anyone around this area!

Trying to figure out where your package is when UPS messes up is a nightmare. There is no way to contact this center even if you call the 800 number.
