Paid a tidy sum for what FedEx scheduled as a one-day delivery from Killeen, TX to Coppell,TX. Now 8 days and counting with no delivery! An item worth hundreds of dollars is being warehoused at FedEx Home Delivery in Coppell. No explanation given. Clearly mismanaged. Never again with FedEx.

Apparently they cant locate drivers and packages. Their own employees do not know the difference between fed ex ground and express. Last time I trust this company.
