Terrible delivery courier. Do not buy from someone who uses this service. In my case DHL said they attempted a delivery but I never got a notice about it or a sticker left at my front door letting me know. So then when they actually attempted a delivery again, while I was a work of work of course, this now means they have reached their internal two delivery attempt policy. They also tried to blame my neighborhood having a gate as an excuse for the possible error on the first delivery. This is major BS when USPS, UPS, FedEX, you name it, has no issues with getting in the gate. So now I am sitting here unable to get my package delivered even when it was their fault for not notifying me or even leaving a sticker on my door so I could pre-sign just have them leave the package at the door. So the customer service agents now tell me sorry, theres no guarantee for delivery after two attempts because of their two attempt policy. No guarantee....What the hell kind of policy is that when I have to call you in person and talk to and let you know I want my package delivered. To make matters even worse dealing with them, even if I wanted to pickup my package I have to travel over 1hr30min to this here DFW Airport location from my home to get my small package. DHL is just such a terribly inefficient, non-customer friendly, and backwards company. The horror stories about DHL are so true. Avoid using them.

On Tuesday February 17th a voice recorded message telling me a package would be delivered on the 18th of Feb. and needed to be signed for, so someone should be home. I traded days off at work to be home, I monitored the tracking throughout the day, saw it was on the truck and out for delivery to be delivered by 19:11. at 7:30 I called and was told they deliver until 8:00, and all packages will be delivered. At 9:30 I called again and was told the driver was called back at 19:11. So I had waited for 2 hours over the time without so much as a notification of what was happening. It is unacceptable that I should wait all day and then not be notified of any change in the delivery of my package, This first person I talked with at 7:30 said the package would be there no matter what, the second person was of NO help whatsoever and just kept telling me the driver was called back at 19:11 without any further explanation. The third person was helpful and I requested to pick up the package myself at the DFW location. The person said he would put in a request to keep the package at the facility for me to pick up. The lack of consideration for my time is inexcusable. I will use my word of mouth to discourage your services. I will not use your services nor accept others that would send things to me through you.

This place takes forever to ship things!!! To get something from Fort Worth, TX to San Antonio, TX literally takes 1 day since its only about a 5 hour drive, BUT DHL prolongs crap! They took a day to get it to freaking Grand Prairie, TX USPS!!!! Literally an entire day to get it to somewhere thats only 30 minutes away! What kind of crap is that?! Grand Prairie, TX USPS is now taking forever (2 days for a less than 5 hour drive) to get the package to San Antonio, TX USPS, but thats another story and bad review I have to give. WTH is wrong with these people? Do they not have any good work ethic? Oh, and they also decided to wait for later in the day of the delivery date that THEY originally set, to update their website to say itll take another day! This place is sorry! They need to be shut down! This is the 2nd time one of my packages is being shipped through them and they are taking forever and a day, AGAIN!!!! Update: So my package did NOT arrive today and I emailed them about the situation; instead of these stubborn embiciles responding, they took the estimated delivery date off of my tracking information online!!! Instead of responding to their concerned customers, that cowardly try to hide their tracks in the middle of the night. Horrible service!!!

This is absolutely the worst shipping service I have ever dealt with. My husband ordered a christmas gift for me that was supposed to arrive on Dec 23rd. They delivered it to Springdale, AR... for some unknown reason... we live in TEXAS. It is now Dec 29th and they have supposedly attempted to deliver our package two times. On the 28th they left a note on our neighbors apt door. Our doors have our address number on them yet they left a note on a door with a different apt number. Today they attempted to deliver the package again. There was no yellow slip to be found on any of the apt doors... not even our neighbors. I was home all day and heard no delivery truck. So we called and they were their normal incompetent selves. My husband decided to drive all the way to their shipping location because they were not able to do their job correctly and wanted to make sure that we got the package. So after arriving and waiting for the trucks to unload at 8pm they told him he would have to wait 2 more hours for that to happen, yet a representative of theirs told us that he could intercept the package at 8. He drove 2hrs for nothing. Worst service ever.

DHL is a sorry establishment. I was supposed to receive a package coming from China on 8/31/16. It was not delivered but tracking says it was signed for, at my residence by me which of course is not true. I checked the proof of delivery and it has some scribble on it as my signature - which of course is not mine. How in the world does that business continue to operate? I used DHL long time ago to send a package to Africa, it never got there. I never used them since. They have incompetent workers and certainly dont know what they are doing. I called over to the local office, I was told a trace will be placed on this and will receive a call back in two hours. I had to call back several times to their Phoenix office and that of DFW. At long last, I was told the package was delivered to the wrong address - passing my house to go to the one the driver delivered to several blocks down - beats me. Anyway, I just got my package 24 hours later from original delivery time.

I would have to agree this is the ABSOLUTE WORST shipping company on the face of the earth... The customer service reps dont know the meaning of customer service, they are rude,and not very helpful... Not only have Ive had things delivered to my house before by them. But the rep tried to convince me that my address was not my address (I DO KNOW WHERE I LIVE).. Not to mention I live in Dallas where my package is being held and placed on hold however I have to talk to everybody and their momma located in Arizona but magically there isnt a number for the service center sitting right here in Dallas (but they have a fake local number online)so I can schedule a pick if I schedule it online that pushes it off for another 7 days.. This place needs to be shut down ASAP...
