Less than one star if I could. 3 times in 4 months the driver marks a package as delivered just before 7pm (must be some sort of cut off time for them) but does not deliver my package. Then I call the 800# only to have them tell me theyll have someone from local center call me back...they never do. So I asked for the local centers #, they dont have one, Im told. So I ask for the address and google it to get the phone #. I call the local center and they seem happy to help....but then they dont. They have to wait for the driver to return and plug in their handheld device before they can see any data from it, so theyll call me back later in the evening after that happens....except they dont. This latest package was a $1000 check from my insurance company that was sent over night so I can get my vehicle repaired, and now I have no idea where it is and cannot get anyone from UPS to help me at all. I am confident if it wasnt for their contract with Amazon, UPS would be out of business.

Horrible service. Several packages left at doorstep and this is not secure. One had food in it and was ruined after sitting for 2 hours before I got home. The next time, I leave a note on my door stating to leave package at the apartment office and then they dont even leave it there despite marking it on the notice that they did. So I call, and of course Im furious, but the manager is short with me. Some manager. You dont say, "Bye" and hang up. Part of customer service is dealing with customers no matter how irate they may be. The goal is to make them happy, not add fuel to the fire. Its poor managerial skills if you ask me. The package was still out on the truck, but they cant come by when finished. Not much respect for the single worker.

Im so frustrated with the UPS workers, they cant find my address, by they can find my neighbor, and I call to the matrix, and they say that the driver is new, ( 3 times) Cristina is the lady who answer my call and she acts like a robot, repeating the same stupid things, then I ask for supervisor, and she took long to answer, when I finally, was communicate Natalie answer and I explain what was going on, she says that the driver cant find my house because my number is behind the trees,,,,, there is only 2 houses and and the rest is just plain soil behind the house ,I wish I could upload a picture to show my house, Im really disappointed Im paying for a service, and this company cant do what is supposed to do,

The worker at this location was very helpful. I showed up before 2 pm, not realizing that the store doesnt open for awhile, yet the employee manning the store still helped me retrieve my package anyways. I was extremely grateful, and he was very polite and understanding my situation. Im glad I ended up picking up my package rather than waiting till the delivery guy finally made it out. Which has been my ongoing complaint with ups; on more than one occasion I have received packages well after 8:30 pm. That is unsafe for both the driver and the recipient. Either way, I will highly consider picking up my packages from this location again.

Absolutely horrible. Provided only a first and final notice. Did not place my items at the door or knock at all. Called them and scheduled a new delivery day which they did not meet. Nor did they call me back as requested. They are not accepting responsibility and telling me I have to handle this with my shipper in Washington. They sent my packages to Washington and said Im responsible for charges. I shipped 4 boxes totalling over $600. I cant afford to pay for their mistakes. They want me to contact my shipper in Washington to address the issue WHO HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INCOMPETENT DELIVERY FROM CORPUS CHRISTI UPS CENTER!

KUDOS TO UPS IN BIG TX!!! AT MY JOB WE REQUIRED SOME FREIGHT BY MONDAY.IT DIDNT MAKE IT OUT OF THE SHIPPING DEPT AT THE ORIGINATION POINT AND THAT DEADLINE WAS MISSED. THE FREIGHT WAS OVER-NIGHTED VIA UPS. AFTER UPS HAD THE FREIGHT AND DURING TRANSIT TO US, A COMMUNIQUE FROM UPS INDICATED A FLIGHT DELAY AND DELIVERY ON WEDNESDAY INSTEAD OF TUESDAY. I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SVC TO TRY TO INTERCEPT THE PCKG AT THE HUB BUT COULD NOT SEEM TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN. LO AND BEHOLD THE PCKG WAS DELIVERED TO US ON THE DAY PROMISED....B E F O R E NOON!!!! WE REALLY APPRECIATE UPS. :0)

At 7:22 you "delivered" my package. I have been home all day and checked every hour and my son checked periodically too even standing by the window waiting. I never got the package and yall cant even tell me where it was left or even speak to the drive about it!!! Way to go UPS!!! You have hit an all time low with me. This package contained trophies for a little league team and yall royally screwed up! Never ever EVER will I use your company again! Bullshit! Way to ruin a season and way to disappoint a group of 8 year olds.

The UPS in Corpus Christi, Texas MUST be where all the incompetent, nasty employess are sent! Packages are never delivered on time, a signature required will cost you 5 days work before the package is delivered! This place should be totally overhauled, all employees fired and bring in some folks from the northern offices so this place will function like the rest of UPS offices! ANY shipper is better than UPS in this area. Make a complaint and they get nastier!

Agreed on the poor customer service. My package was scanned when it arrived being held for me to pick up. Went to pick up and they could not locate even on the drivers truck. And really did not seem concerned to look for it while saying "it has to be here somewhere" They took my number to call me later and never called back. Will have to go out of my way to retrieve this package if I ever do.

These ladies were rude and not helpful at all, except the one with tattoos. She was helpful but seemed bored. The higher up was rude to myself and another customer. She told me that they couldnt perform a simple shipping and forwarding service...at UPS...? Not only could they "not" do it, she offered no help or suggestions. Focus on the customer, were the reason youre in business.

Have always had problems with UPS over all others. Was told I could pick up a package that I needed that day after they tried to deliver at 940 am. Was told to pick up between 630 and 7. Driver didnt make it by 7 and I couldnt wait any longer. Could not get a definitive answer on when my package would be there so I left. Plus its a Friday so wont get my package till Monday.

My company ordered toner from our vendor, it turned out to be the wrong type so we sent the same box back using UPS Customer Center on Navigation. Our shipment magically went from weighing 12.00 lbs to 25.00 lbs. I called customer service and they said we have to go to the location we mailed it from and address the situation to them.
