Most of my experiences here have been negative. Starting with today, the sign on their door said they would be closed on July 4th (understandable), so I go today (July 5th) to drop off a package. Their Wednesday hours open at 10; I was there at 10:15 and the shop was locked with not a soul in sight. I went back just after 11 and still no one was there. The only time I will bother going there is if I have a pre-posted package that only needs to be dropped off. Several months ago I went to mail a small parcel through USPS and was told that the cheapest route they could send it was $12. I went to the actual Post Office and mailed it for $3. Additionally, all but one time Ive gone in to buy stamps they have been out. Lastly, anytime my spouse or I go into the shop, the woman who works there has treated us as an inconvenience, like we are interrupting her day. No "Hi, how are you?" "How can I help you?" "Thank you for your business," etc. If they werent the nearest shipping location to us, we wouldnt ever bother with them.

I actually discourage ANYONE from using this place of business. Their service is less than par. When i questioned pricing (about three times the amount of the post office), she spoke to me as if I were ignorant and like it were inappropriate of me to even ask. Im blown away at the prices here. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the no line (not surprising) and the drive thru. I will not use this location ever again.

Liz is the most wonderful person to work with! We have used her printing services on many occasions and have ALWAYS been so happy with the result.
