Horrible service. Took one computer in, they said it would be ready in one day, got it back 1 month later. $200.00 bill and computer is now on the shelf. Had a brand new laptop, never used, in my safe, that had 8.1 on it. Took it in so they could put windows 10 on it, so instead, :They tuned it up!" What tune-up, it was brand new? Took it back and asked where was the windows 10--he said he forgot, but it would cost me extra because windows wasnt giving 10 out for free anymore. Sir, that is all I wanted in the first place. It was on national TV, a 2 year undercover investigation said Office Depot was cheating customers left and right with this so called tune-up. I will let the Moore Chamber of Commerce know about there devious tactics!!!

Waited for 5 min for a gift card at 5.05pm on may 3rd and the cashier told me she have to wait for her manager so I waited 5more minutes no service no appolgy so I looked around another 5min and came back to ask her if she got my card .she just gave me juster like she dont know... so I walked out. I spend over $400 last 30 days there for my company, no more unless they say they are sorry

Every single time I come in here there are 6 employees in the store and only 1 or 2 that can work behind the "order counter". It takes entirely to long get an order put in and even longer for the people at the back of the line that just want to check out. Ive been here 45 minutes and they havent even found my file yet. Ive spent probably $5000 in here in the last year. Weve met.

Has pretty much everything you might need. I went here as a last minute stop for several items and found most of them within five minutes. There was one that I wasnt sure where to look for, but I asked one of the store employees and he immediately took me right to it.

Very unfriendly people. You can tell they dont want to ve there. You try to be friendly and they just stare into space. One new guy helped as much as he could. Guess he hasnt been there long enough to be miserable.

We like office Depot but were disappointed that they did not participate in the tax free weekend on back to school supplies. We left Office Depot, went down the street to Target and bought $150 worth of stuff.

Went in to get prints done. The workers didnt really seem knowledgeable of their equipment. I ended up having to show them how to send a basic print job. The store is great if you dont need assistance.
