Have yet to have a good experience with FedEx. They delivered my camera lens to the wrong address, delivered my sim card to someone down my street, and the front desk lady was extremely rude when I went to pick up my phone... And thats after I waited 7 minutes for someone to come out from the back. I could have just taken all the boxes they had behind the counter.

In the rare times I find myself here to pick up a pesky package that needed a signature when I wasnt home, the service was great - both timely and professional. Getting in and out is a breeze.
