This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Great Clips. As soon as I walked into the door a woman was talking very short to me about how they were closing soon. The whole time I was waiting to get my hair done the woman that had spoken shortly to me was just being horrible to her client being very short and rude with them. Fianlly I went back to get my hair cut and let me just say right now I am in hair school and I am still learning how to cut but dear God the woman who cut my hair was doing literally everything they say not to do when cutting hair. Most of it I could over look but I said I wanted to keep my length I have been trying to grow my hair out for a one length Bob and she just cut all the hair in the back to my occipital when it was down past my neck... then she decided to go in horizontally with texterizers and just rapidly opened and closed them. . . For those who dont know you need to go in diagnally with texterizers and slide them out of the hair. Or else it just looks bad. This is the worst hair cut I have gotten in a long long time. If you want to be treated horribly and come out of there wanting to shave your whole head of hair then yeah go here otherwise please just go somewhere else.

Made an appointment on the app. I arrived 7 minutes early. I left 25 minutes after my appointment time. The entire time they had one guy on the chair getting a high and tight... That haircut takes 5-10 minutes tops. If you dont mind obnoxiously long waits despite making an appointment then definitely use this location. You could probably knock out a couple of chapters or two of your favorite book while you wait well beyond your appointed time.

I love this saloon so much and they are such nice people. My haircuts over here has been lit every single time. To avoid waiting for long please check in online if not expect a few more minutes on the chair because its usually busy so stop complaining. Ive never had a problem with waiting and Ive already been here a million times. Thank you Great Clips :)

If you like to throw money away this is the place for it!!! I ask them if they knew how to fade and I walked outta there looking like Laurel n Hardy!! And this guy told me that Kansas law prohibits them to shave people or use a straight razor!!! No skills... Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

My kids and I have always gotten a quality haircut there. My sons hair is very curly and they have done a great job on it and I have shorter hair so mistakes could easily be seen. The turnover rate makes me a little sad but so far so good

They did a horrible job and charged me just to straighten my bangs 15 dollars and told me they couldnt finish straight omg the rest because they need to go home
