Just awful. The lady who cut my 1 year olds hair instantly lost patience with him when he started to cry, which is a completely rational response when a loud buzzing clipper is in your ear and the adults are trying to hold you still. She constantly rolled her eyes everytime he flinched and sighed so loudly in annoyance. The only person in that place who showed my baby boy compassion was a stranger who was waiting for his own hair to be cut, he came over and tried to show my son some squirt bottles and such. And dont even get me started on the cut. It was AWFUL! I am never going here ever again. In fact yesterday i just took my son to Cloud 9 Salon and Day Spa in West fargo and i HIGHLY reccomend that place to ANYONE with small children! All the staff act so kindly and speak so tenderly to the little ones and even if they cry instead of frustration they encourage the kids that its fine and even though my son did cry the cut he got was amazing and what i always wanted and he looks incredible :)

Giving these folks a 5 star rating despite other reviews. I know for me as a guy with my hair type it can be difficult to work with, however, this location has consistently been able to satisfactorily cut my hair! The staff is always friendly and dont seem to get distracted from their duties via conversation! They seem to competently know what Im asking for in my haircuts (even during walk-ins or if Ive had to swtich stylists). I have had no doubts going here since I moved to the apartments across the way! I say its worth the cost! (A little pricey at 17.00 but I dont care so long as I get a decent trim)! Great job guys keep it up!

wish I would have read these reviews before I got my cut! Haircut costs $17, no wash or style! To me, that is what I am expecting, the whole experience of getting a cut and walking out feeling like a million bucks! but unfortunately I am currently looking for a salon that will fix the cut I received. The stylist had no idea how to do face framing, and one side was shorter then the other and the back was uneven. A dry cut that made me feel unhappy, was not worth the $17

This place has really gone downhill. I paid $20 for a haircut and was in the chair less than 10 minutes. Needless to say, I could have cut my hair better myself. The entire staff, including management is rude. Marissa (the manager) gave me an attitude about not being happy with their service. She couldnt even run the POS computer to refund my money and had to give me cash back. There are definitely better places to go in the mall than there. Never again.

Went in for a simple haircut. 3 on top and 1 on the sides. The barber cut my hair in 3 minutes and claimed to be done. This is by far the worst haircut Ive received. Sides are not even. The fade transition literally goes from 3 to 1. You can clearly see the difference in lengths. Didnt even take the time to wipe the loose hair off. I will never go here again and I highly recommend you save yourself the trouble for an overpriced terrible haircut.

Stopped in.to find conditioner and the staff didnt seem to know the products. I was specifically looking for detangling product and they seems clueless. I eventually found one myself with detangling right in the name. Dont waste your time looking for advice here.

Quality is highly dependent on who you get. A few gals are almost over qualified for the price you pay. On the flip side, Ive had a pretty rough cut from other ladies. Like that one time I got a bald spot where bald spots dont typically form.

I got Tara as my cutter. She was very friendly and did my cut very professionally in a very fast and timely matter. Very impressed despite all the other negative reviews. Been going here for years and have never had a problem.

Genuinely the worst haircut Ive ever received. Which is fine, Ive gotten bad haircuts before. But what was unacceptable was the rudness from the entire staff. Honestly, theres another hair salon a couple doors down. Go there.
