This was by far the most awkward salon experience Ive had. I walked in and asked for a fade and was asked to remove my hat to see what they would be working with, as if there were limitations to what they can cut. When I did so one of the ladies laughed at my hair color and walked away. I found this rude and very unprofessional. I then got taken back and got major criticism on how bad of a job the last person who cut my hair did, which was not bad at all. Actually I left this salon with one of the worst hair cuts Ive ever gotten. I repeatedly had to ask the stylist to blend the sides of my fade in more, she was also very opinionated to what SHE THOUGHT would look good, length, style, etc..Checking out was even more awkward. As I was told my total, paid (even tho the haircut was bad)...nobody cared to say thank you, have a nice day, or come back again. The stylist who were in the front at the time were extremely rude. I will definitely not be going back and do not encourage men looking for a nice clean haircut to go here. Nobody should ever walk out of a salon paying $34 for a bad haircut and poor service.

Ok location. Julie, who is no longer there, was my stylist. Kimberly has also done my hair. They are great. Everybody else is snobby and rude. They upped their prices... when I said I couldnt afford it that day, they laughed (didnt think I heard them walking out), its just not worth it for the service. Id have your associates work on their customer service should I return and try to cut my hair. I contemplated returning that day but was afraid of getting the stylist that laughed and her messing up my hair.

Quick take: stylist utterly failed at basic use of clippers. I spent $28 for an uneven cut that would make my toddlers barber cry for shame. She could not do a fade to save her life and left most of the unkempt back... still unkempt. My hair looks barely like the picture i brought in. Great Clips may have been a better choice for me, surprisingly. Points for taking a walk-in and good, responsive customer service.

I Would definitely recommend this salon. The girls were knowledgeable and professional. I was nervous going into a new place but I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome my hair came out! I got a cut and color and the prices were reasonable and definitely worth it. Everyone was so nice too!

I cut off 10.5 inches of hair and was very nervous about doing it. Micah was excellent about helping me decide what to do and listening to my concerns. I got exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. I recommend this place to everyone. It is located inside the North East Mall.

was not satisfied! i had very long hair and wanted to go short. the lady there was nice but she did not give me a good haircut. spent 60$ and was expecting good service. never going back :|

Always come here for Color and Cut. I have had only one bad experience, but it was fixed immediately. I would suggest Dez, she is the best. And Candy was also really good.
