I went into Great clips, after seeing a 7.99 haircut special on a sign outside the store. I proceeded to get my haircut, which the stylist did a great job on. I went to check out and was charged 14 dollars. I asked about the sign and they said that it had expired yesterday. Why was the sign still up? The other 6 people in the waiting room proceeded to leave after they heard that special was null & void. I feel like I was lied to in order to get me in the door. I almost refused to pay but I didnt want to cause a scene.

My husband took my daughter to get her haircut there last week. She gets a very simple cut – just straight across the back! When she came home, there were pieces sticking out there were 2 inches longer than the rest of the cut. A lot had been missed! Im having to take her somewhere reputable now to get it evened up. I should not have let him spend the money at great clips. I will not make this mistake again!
