haha nope

it was fine when i walked in. this actually happened today at around 7 or 7:30. i have an undercut and all i wanted was the sides and back buzzed with a 1. its obvious how its kind of blended at the top. (not faded) so this girl she has short dark hair kind of in a pixie cut, CLEARLY had absolutely no idea what she was doing and tried distracting me by asking me all sorts of questions. it looks very unevenly buzzed and theres 2 spots where she dug the clippers in too far and its a bald spot. she tried doing a FADE on me which isnt even what i asked for, and now the back and the sides are just a wreck. i have a concert tomorrow. people who cant even BUZZ hair right (which is in all honesty the easiest thing to do) should NOT be able to work there. train them before you let them give ratchet haircuts. never going here again.

I had Dora, who was absolutely mean. I have curly hair, and wanted it cut shorter. First of all, she sprayed my face with water about 3 times. Then dug her comb into the back of my neck when she was getting ready to cut my hair. I admit, changing my mind a couple of times could have been frustrating, but she made a big deal about it. After her getting on to me, I started to cry and then she started in on me again saying she shouldnt have let me cut my hair short. I wasnt crying because of my hair, she was awful. She didnt even cut it straight. Please get someone other than her if you go.

I have visited this place several times. Not the best service, but okay. I stopped in the other day, they said they were closing early because of the rain coming in. I drove 30 minutes to go there. They were not helpful. I will no longer go to great clips.

I recently just contacted this business with regards to a voucher. A clipper by the name of valeria hanged up on me and was really rude. I will definitely take my business else where. Great Clips needs to train there workers to have cordial behavior.

Basic hair cuts decent price have used them for over a year with good result, take my two boys in sometimes with me never had problems, have seen other reviews about rude staff but hasnt happen to us...

This place is a joke. EVERY TIME I GO I HAVE TO FIX MY HAIR. They scam aswell, Make sure you look at your receipt before you leave....they charged me 24 dollars on a 14 dollar haircut. Joke and a scam.
