Horrible and unprofessional from beginning to the end set up an appt with Micah for faux dread asked her what I need Ive never done this before she said nothing just show up. So I show up on time after working a 12 hour shift Micah casually strolls in around an hour late but Im in good spirits ready to try a new look so we get in side and she ask where is the hair I said what hair you told me I didnt need to bring ANYTHING ( I been to hair places that sale there own hair there or include in with the price of the hair style) so we go the store 5 bags of hair as she suggested I asked if she was sure that would be enough she said yes so after 10 hours in we see were running out of hair and that its too late to get more from the store so she hurried to finish what I have I notice her going back taking hair out previously done dreads splitting it and reforming that dread and creating a new shorter smaller in even dread upon witnessing this I said are we going to go back and fix this when we get the hair tomorrow she said yes --- thinking it was an temporary unevenness and that she was trust worthy I left with plans to pick up hair that day and return the following morning after another 12 hour shift so I come back with the hairbrush tired as hell thinking shes gonna fix it while catch some sleep in the chair no she half ass wraps hair around the small and scrawny dread on one side leaves my hair uneven in width and length I was so tired from working in the hospital two straight nights and spend all but 4 hours between work and the stylist chair I get myself home get some rest wake up and look in the mirror to see nothing has changed the dread were not fixed .... in fact some were already falling out less than 24 hours later!!!!! I call and of course no one answer I leave vm for Cyrita the owner nothing back the only time I hear something back is when my credit card company contacts them due to me disputing the charge by becAuse I only paid 200 by card and another in cash after all the strife they gave me I wanted my full amount back so I dropped that case and have motion to take them to civil court ... at one Point they offered me a full refund but kept trying to get me to come back in to let another stylist take a go at it ... I explained I dont have another 12+ hours to waste it took me 3rays to unravel all the hair and I essentially wasted an additional 65 dollars on hair .... TRUELY AS WASTE IN ALL ASPECTS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID
