Terrible service. Didnt even get my hair cut. I walked in and was looked at like I was from another planet. I was then told to have a seat with not even a greeting, just a "what do you need?" I then sat and waited for quite a while, the lady finished cutting a little girls hair she was working on when I got there, and I never got called back. Another lady walked in and was immediately called back. I stood up twice to see if there were other available stylists and nobody ever spoke to me to say well be right with you or even a simple oh I forgot you were waiting, even as I walked out. Hmm. Judging by the other reviews, and seeing that the only other people who got bad service were Hispanic, and Im Hispanic, its not hard to put 2 and 2 together and figure out these people are racist and dont want our business. Fine with me. The only reason I went there was because my hairdresser wasnt available today. Ill wait to go to her tomorrow. Glad I didnt contribute to the revenue of this business.

I used to come come here often and had my hair cut by Gayla Ray. At 10 dollars a cut its what I would consider to be a pretty good deal for a pretty good job. However, if this was always the case I wouldnt be rating this particular hair salon one star. The reason for such disdain and disappointment lies in the what seems to be a lack of comprehension and ability when it comes to down to the rest of the staff cutting mens hair. Multiple times now I have gone in, and left with uneven spots in my hair even after pointing out the obvious errors to the staff there. Maybe this isnt always the case, and I also cant speak for the staffs ability to cut and style womens hair, but in my unfortunate experience I would advise any and all other men to stay away and get your haircut elsewhere.

Normally I dont write reviews unless I have received extremely poor service and let me say this: After reading some negative reviews on here I decided to pop in one day and see how I was treated. Karen was the first one to welcome me into the salon and ask me how she could help me. I said well, I called and made an appt with you on Wednesday and wanted to make sure I was spending my money at a salon that was nice to me LOL! Needless to say I have found my new home and have a return appt on Friday....THANK YOU KAREN for doing an excellent job!!!

Karen is awesome. I am very particular about my hair color. I described what I wanted and she came up with exactly that. Not a day goes by that I dont get at least one complement on my hair. Their new facility is very nice as well as convenient.
