I dont trust this place anymore, I took my sons iPhone 6s and a iPhone 5c for screen replacement, I was told the total was 179 and some change. I paid it and left two minutes being gone I was called back and told my sons phone would be another $100 cause it was a 6s so I paid it. Went back in a hour like I was told to get my phones they didnt have a screen for the 6s so they said it would be two days went back after two days now they tell me it needs a $50 battery so I pay for that they said it would take 15 minutes to fix he sat there for 20 plus minutes b4 they told him the u would need to order the battery and it would be ready in two days again and I forgot to mention in the $179 price I paid $25 for tempered glass for the iPhone 6. So 2 days later I call them b4 driving all the way to Corbin and they tell me my battery didnt come in, then a hour later I get a call its fixed. And btw the iPhone 5c would not work after they replaced the screen although it worked perfect b4 busting the screen so I paid for a screen for no reason. Back to the iPhone 6 I get there to get it they hand it to me and I go to leave and thankfully I noticed my $25 tempered glass was not on it so after a few minutes of them not having any they some how come up with one and put it on the phone. Then the next problem I have they was running a contest for a free screen replacement and I won, their rules are you have to get it by the following Monday or forfeit it so I called and spoke to the lady there at the store and told her it would be November the 8th b4 I could bring my phone in due to the fact I had to take my Dad to his Cancer treatments, I was told that was fine. So I take my iPhone 5s in cause everything looks gray sure enough it needed a new screen so I ask if they would replace it for free for me winning I was told no cause I missed my deadline. Now I may be wrong but if someone spends that much money at your business and win something and one of ur employees tells them its ok to wait then they shouldve held up to their agreement. I begged and pleaded with them they only offered to knock of $20 on replacing my screen that was suppose to be free I didnt agree so then I was ask what I was gonna do with the 5c since it wouldnt read Sim cards I said being mean trash it I guess but I was actually gonna give it to my 3 year old to use like an ipod so the guy offered to remove the 5c screen if I gave it back to him and put a new screen in my 5s. So basically I still got done wrong on the contest cause I paid for the screen he put in the 5s with my 5c screen. I was planning on buying a tempered glass for my phone, but needless to say I wont be doing anymore business with them and to top it off I dont think they changed the 6s battery cause it keeps cutting itself off . And after we had the 6s back for like a week and a half they call me and tell me my battery is in so if my battery just got in where did they get the battery the supposedly put in the 6s that is even if they did. I thought this was gonna be a good place to have my electronics fixed, but I guessed wrong wont be back nor will my family unless its to take the 6s back b4 the warranty runs out. If they wouldve held up to their side of the deal, they wouldve got a lot of business from myself and my family. I was bringing my 3 year old son ipod in for a battery replacement and her tablet for a screen replacement. Wish things couldve been different I won the contest and it shouldve been honored especially since I was told I could bring it in on the 8th after I got back from taking my Father to get his treatments for his stage 4 metastatic Cancer. I guess they have no sympathy for cancer patients sorry my Fathers treatments was more important and that I missed out cause I was helping him.

Went there twice for fiances phone. First went fine and the phone was fixed within the hour but they charge an outrageous amount to do so. Second time was horrible, they kept putting it off to the next day (so much that it ended up being nearly a week later) and saying they didnt have the part in (apparently multiple people have had this problem with them my sister included), charged that ridiculous amount even though we kept that sticker they gave us on the phone that was supposed to mean next time we brought it in for that same problem it was free, and i swear it seems like they are using some cheap crap because the screen has already broken (again) from a two foot drop in its case(!) but we refuse to go back to these guys. Dont go through the hassle we did, ask around and find other places, or look into how to do it yourself if you know what the problem is.

I will NEVER use the Tech Guys again. Theyve literally made over $500.00 on just one of my laptops. . And it still isnt working properly. Fir it home and 3 days later its still locking me out. They specifically said that problem was fixed. When I called to let them know it was still locking me out, they said to bring it back in. I figured that I wouldnt be charged since I had already paid to have that specific problem fixed. Well, not so! They charged me another $50.00. I gave them a piece of my mind before I left, and although it made me feel better, they still gouged me for more money. Oh well. Lesson learned.

With some hesitation due to the negative reviews here I took my I phone here for a screen replacement. I was quoted a price and given a estimate of 1 hr repair time. I went back a hr. Later and picked my phone up which was ready when I got there. The workmanship appears to be fine and I was charged the original quoted price. Although this was only a minor repair I can only rate them according to my experience. Johnny

Terrible workmanship. Didnt even put all the parts back on my phone and lost them when I went back to have them put them back on and they use garbage replacement parts that are junk right out of the box. I dont even think these guys know what they are doing

That suck!!! Took my girlfriends phone there 2 times and its still messed up!!! BEWARE THESE GUYS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!
