One day, I was using my computer when it suddenly shut off and wouldnt turn back on. I know a bit about computers, so I checked all the things I had the capability to check, but I simply dont have the tools or the knowledge to diagnose accurately. Enter West Knox PC Repair. Joey, the proprietor, was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone when I spoke with him, and gave me a rough idea of what he thought was wrong with my computer. He asked me to drop it off that evening, which I was not expecting. Within a few hours, he told me that it was my motherboard going bad, and suggested I start an RMA process. His expert advice allowed the RMA process to occur without any hitches or extended conversation with ASUS, my board provider. When I received my repaired motherboard, he put my computer back together and even ran tests at idle and heavy load to check my computers performance. It runs even better than it did before! And he did at all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services to anyone who has issues with their computers!

UPDATE: He fixed the computer and replaced the faulty battery at no cost as he promised. Original review: I needed a new computer battery, so I came here. At first, all was well. It was done quickly for a fair price. Then, less than 6 months later, the battery, which was supposed to be new, turned out to not be and could not hold a charge, even turning off immediately after being unplugged. I emailed and he said it would be fixed asap. I have emailed over and over and several months later, it has not been fixed and he has stopped replying. Very unsatisfied. I just want what I paid for, a functional battery.

I personally recommend this business to anyone with PC issues. My computer wasnt turning on, and West Knox PC identified the problem, fixed it, and returned my computer that same Saturday. This was after Geek Squad shipped my computer 300 miles away to their main facility and still couldnt figure out what was wrong with it! West Knox was the only other PC company I could find open the Saturday I got it back, and Im so glad I found them ! Their prices were very reasonable as well- I not only got my computer back same day, I paid notably less than I expected given Geek Squads inability to address the issue.

My experience with West Knox PC started when I was having boot problems with my gaming computer and here was the only repair place with decent decent reviews open on Saturday. I took the computer over to him after a quick and easy phone call and he (Joey) was straight to the point. After a second time with a corrupt user profile, he was, again, straight to the point as well as very helpful! His customer service was excellent and if I ever have another computer problem, Wear Knox Pc repair will be the place I take it to.

I know my repair was not major, although I did have to buy a new computer. But, I know Joey was honest with me and he talked to me about options. Not only that, but he sent me a link for 2 laptops he recommended. Awesome!!! So very appreciative. Then yesterday I realized that I didnt have any sound. I worked on it a while then realized I need an experts help, I called Joey. He was so kind and walked me through what I need to do over the phone!! No charge!! What a really nice guy.

The dedicated professionals at West Knox PC Repair fixed my macbook! I had clumsily spilt water on it and fried the mother board. They took my computer right away and were transparent about the prognosis, options, and cost. Less than 24hrs later (quicker than they said) I had my ol computer back. I brought my computer in for some cosmetic repairs and they quoted me one price and when I went to pic it up had it taken apart and fixed like new but told me it was going to be almost double the original price! I negotiated down a little but still didnt get it for what they had originally told me it would cost which I think is very bad business.
