Bought a TV online and chose free delivery. Someone called at 7:40am to confirm my appointment, did not leave a call back number and as you can see, they dont even open until 10am. Call during normal business hours like after 8am or 9am. My phone doesnt even go off do not disturb mode for unknown contacts until 8am, because nobody that doesnt know me needs to be calling before 8am. Also, when I called the automated system, they changed my delivery time from noon-4 to 10:30-2:30, so I had to waste more time rescheduling the appointment. One last thing, Best Buy makes employees refer to themselves as "Agent" so "Agent Jones" is calling you. Very bizarre and my friend agreed. You are not law enforcement or FBI.

Got there about an hour early for my appointment at Geek Squad because I had an earlier appointment at Toyota dealership. I finished that early, so I went to Geek Squad early. Even though nobody was in line and nobody waiting, they would not allow me to check in. Now thats customer service. I waited a little just to see......guess what, nobody still in line. This is as ridiculous as it gets. I get that you need an appointment, but nobody there to drop off or pickup?? So I need to make another 12 mile round trip. Stupid is as stupid does......

These asshats are stupid and have THE WORST customer service I have ever experience in my lifetime, from being on both coast and over 50 countries, these asshats take the cake. Liars, lazy, arrogant and ignorant.
