Let me say I believe Cathy’s post, Horrible Company, filthy store. I when to drop my laptop off at their store on a Friday morning I got there a few minutes before 8am and it was 8:05am when someone finally came to work to open up. I told them what my computer was doing and he said they would call me today (Friday) or Saturday and tell me what was wrong with it. So I waited to hear from them and I did not hear at all UNITL I called them on Monday afternoon to see what was wrong with it. They said it was the hard drive and needed a new one, I said okay. Then Wednesday they said it was not the hard drive, but the computer was corrupted and needed to be cleaned. So I said okay, and it would be ready for me on Thursday to get picked up. So I had my girl friend stop by after work to pick it up and when she walked in there they say who told you it was ready, because it is not ready and the hard drive is bad and needs a new one. So she called me and told me to call them. So I did call them and they said it needed a new hard drive and it was not corrupted, so I said okay get it done. Now it was Monday and they had my computer for 9 days and guess what I called and they said the mother board is no good, but they could put all my information on an external hard drive or on DVD’s for me. I told them put them on DVD’s and I will pick them up on Wednesday. When I got there they handed me my laptop and an EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE, NOT THE DVD’S LIKE I WANTED. I paid my bill and said thank you. Now I posting this because a reputation is the most important thing to a business, if you are in business to fix computers, you should probably know what you are doing and not take 11 days, give 4 causes to the issue and then not give your customer what he asked for when you give him a choose. That is not good business practice and I have been in customer support almost my whole life, also you should not make the customer call you every time to find out what is wrong or why it’s taking so long. Good luck with business, BUT I will not ever go back and will not let my friends or family take their stuff there.

After a long two weeks spending time at U of M Motts Hospital, my daughter had been unexpectedly diagnosed with leukemia. My laptop stopped working while there. Having many family members and close friends out of state, this is my main line of communication for updating my family. A close family friend took my computer to Bulldog Computers for them to take a look. The battery was bad and the fan was extremely dirty. They were very nice to clean the fan for me and let me know that the batter was bad. Being the only source of income for my family, because of our new situation, I am not working right now and cannot afford a new battery. Bulldog Computers pooled together and ordered us a battery for a very sweet deal. I appreciate so much the compassion they have shown me in these terrible times. Thank you so much! Tammy and Grace

This is an awesome computer repair facility! I have a MacBook Pro that the video card went out on. After a long game of, we will fix it for a large amount of money or you can buy a new computer, that was played by myself and the Apple Store. I took my computer to Bulldog Computers to see if they could fix it for less than the Apple Store. The folks at Bulldog Computers did some checking and learned that there was a recall on the video card that I had. Bulldog Computers took on the Apple Store and got my computer repaired for free under the recall that the Apple Store was not going to honor for me. I highly recommend getting these folks involved with ANY computer repair issue that you have. Thank you again! Laurie

I took my older laptop in to Matt in order to get rid of a nasty virus and to fix some missing keys on the keyboard. I received quick, efficient, and very friendly service!! The virus was taken care of within hours and he also ordered and installed a new keyboard for me for a very good price! I highly recommend taking any electronics that need fixing to Bulldog Computer Repair! I was very happy with the service I received and the quickness with which it was done!! It cost much less than taking it to one of the big name stores. I will definitely take my computers back there if needed!

I was blown away by Dr. Matt! I took two circuit boards to him 20 minutes before he closed hoping to drop them off to be fixed. To my surprise, he went, got his soldering iron, and replaced 4 bad capacitors right then and there at a price I couldnt believe! In an age of "remove and discard," Matt is still a true craftsman. BTW Dr. Matt, I was able to figure out how to put the cooktop back together and it actually works!!!! You saved me A TON of money! Thank you! I have a Canon printer I thought I killed. I think I will bring it to Matt to see if he can work his magic again.

I have been using Bulldog Computers for 4 plus years and have never been unhappy with their service. They always go beyond the call, so to speak, and recently were especially helpful installing streaming TV and Magic Jack in my home, helping me move a bit off-the-grid. Found this place on accident during a Google search. I live in California but I noticed that they offer a free checkup so I figured why not. The tech I spoke to was Matt and he was very helpful. He was able to connect to my computer and fix the issue I was having viewing videos on YouTube. I hate flash player but I love this place!

I dropped my computer off last week for a virus it had picked up and they had it cleaned up and back to me in less than 4 hours for a quarter of the cost of what Best Buy was going to charge me for the same service. I would highly recommend them and will be doing all of my future computer related business with these guys!

was able to downgrade my new system to windows xp from vista. had it at best buy for over 2 weeks. and bulldog computers had it done for me the next day. great people.
