If i could provide a zero star rating, I would. While these gents may be the best at broken screens and such... I have been awaiting a HDD repair since NOV 2015 with rude phone manors and no results. I have been extremely patient with the entire process, but now i am told "Its above my level of capability" and will see if this entire process will even be successful at all...... WOW! I should have gone somewhere else for this process and recommend you stay away from this place in the event you need any/all PC or HDD drive work done. Update: Took said HDD to a local expert and the expert stated "I cant believe Gem City Digital did that!" Additionally, my HDD was returned from Gem City Digital in FAR worse condition than when I originally trusted them to repair....STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!

The best customer service Ive ever experienced. When I called today to check out their iphone inventory, Rob was extremely pleasant and helpful. He gave me prices on each phone I was interested in and answered every question I had. Once I got there to purchase the new phone, Austin was there to help me. He also answered all my questions and got me in and out in about 20 minutes!! It was perfect since I was on my lunch break. Not to mention he personally put on a FREE screen protector. Dont go anywhere else to purchase a phone, fix your screen, or buy an other electronics. They also have a guy that fixes Beats headphones FYI. Very happy with my over all experience and purchase. I had an apparent indexing issue with my 2012 MacBook Pro and decided to take it in. I spoke directly with the Owneer, Paul Augustine, and he diagnosed it immediately as a ribbon cable failure. He offered to repair it in house to test it first (which took all of 15 minutes) and told me of his 90 day guarantee. During my repair time, I observed him assist a woman who had a faulty tuner/amp, a gentleman with a failing monitor backlight, and another gentleman whos daughters iPhone had a broken motherboard. His staff relied on him for guidance, and he treated everyone with respect. His friendly demeanor, immediate diagnosis and quality assurance put me at ease. I will be returning with any future issues.

Wasted about 3 hours overall of my time today. Telling me over and over that the unlocked phone they sold me would work on Verizon. I called ahead of time asking if they had a Verizon android phone for sale, they didnt tell me it was an unlocked one over the phone. We had two children that then preceded to through fits because the guys kept us in their store the first time for 2 hours. Needless to say going between them and Verizon several times today I could not get the phone to work. They were nice and tried but obviously didnt understand I called ahead of time for a reason.

I highly recommend Gem City Digital. I was in a bind after my phone was damaged in an accident. Id already paid for a replacement phone, but had no way of getting my data from my damaged phone without paying nearly 250 dollars for a screen replacement on the damaged device. Gem City was able to do a data transfer and save my data at a reasonable price. They were super busy when I came in, and they were still able to have me in and out in about an hour. Even my phone carrier wasnt able to do what they could. These guys are terrific.

My Macbook pro screen began to glitch and after getting a very high quote from Apple, I was recommended to try Gem City Digital. The customer service and price was absolutely incredible. They did an excellent job and did it very quickly too. In addition, they were able to fix an old iPhone that I thought was completely worthless, not only was I able to retrieve lost data from the phone, they traded it in, thus making the price of my laptop fix even better. Definitely will be recommending them to my friends/family!

Ive been going to them since before they moved to the Greene, when they had a little store right off Factory Rd. in Beavercreek, they have ALWAYS been the best in every area. Customer service, prices, information, wait time, honesty, absolutely everything. This is a place with no viable or possible comparison to it. The owners are AMAZING, and so are the employees. I want to thank you guys very much for all your help over the past few years, Ill never go anywhere else.

Awesome place to get your device fixed! These guys really know what they are doing. They are honest, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my iPhone that was out of warranty. Paul and the team knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Also worth noting, they only use good quality OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. Ill continue to keep bringing my electronics to these guys.

Excellent work! Highly recommend them! They first reviewed the issue and told me, at no charge, to contact Apple because it was under a recall and it worked! Then, I came back so they could tune my MacBook Pro, and I basically have a new computer for a VERY GOOD PRICE. I just recommend patience when the store is full, as they have limited personnel, because they do provide great service and prices and are worth the wait. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I do not recommend this place at all! They repaired my daughters phone with a demo phone thats only supposed to be used in phone store for customers to view the phone and employees at at&t both said it was illegal!! Check the back of your phone if repaired here if back says not for sale youve been scammed! The manager also did not keep his word after they replaced back of daughters phone which was supposed to be full refund! 0 stars

I recently recently was referred to & walked in with my Samsung Galaxy cell phone that I had an issue with. (Charging port). Within just a few minutes they told me what was wrong and had it fixed. Out the door I went. They were amazing. Friendly staff - Great prices & service. I just felt that I was not leaving until they fixed the problem. And they did just that!! There was absolutely nothing that they could do for my computer, but they tried so hard and they were so nice. The guy who took care of me was knowledgeable and sold me a MacBook Pro and gave me a 6 month warranty on it. Very satisfied with the customer service! Not happy to have to replace my one-year-old laptop, but it happens.
