I had my iPhone screen replaced 9 days ago. I noticed short after that there were 2 white dots in the LCD. I was planning on going that weekend to have them look at it. Before I could the screen started to lift in the corner and it cracked a perfect curve near the edge. When I brought it back the guy said the only way that could happen is if my iPhone was bent and that mine was not. When I originally brought it in I was told that my iPhone was bent and thats why the screen didnt fit completely the first time. When I said that they told me it in fact was bent last week they changed their story and said it was only bent on one side. The new screen was supposed to be under warranty for 90 days but they did not replace it. I was offered another replacement at 50% off which is why I gave them 2 stars. I shouldve just taken it to Apple since it costs the same amount.

I have what is considered a "Vintage Macbook" (from 2011). I desperately needed a repair due to an expanding battery that was also damaging my trackpad. I contacted multiple stores (Apple store included) all of which said they no longer carried the parts to repair a computer this old (seems like a great way to guarantee a new $2000 purchase every five years from customers that cant get minor repairs from the company that makes the product). Experimac not only replaced the battery, they saved the trackpad as is without needing to replace it! If not for them, I wouldve needed to purchase a new computer or have both the battery and trackpad replaced! They made a possibly expensive situation super affordable. They forever have my business!

Honestly I thought they were good when I had my cracked screen replaced, they were nice polite people. They even give you 20% off if you write a good review.....however, I dropped my phone the other day, while I was sitting on the ground, like I have done a million times before but this time it was after I had my screen replaced by them, the whole front completely shattered, the screen completely smashed, as the new iPhone 7 is out I decided to just get a new phone and when I took my old phone in the guy at Apple where I had my screen replaced. I asked how he knew I had my screen replaced and he said he knew because it was an really cheap screen and not fitted correctly. Never going here ever again!

I needed my IPhone screen repaired and stopped here 25 minutes before closing time after leaving a place just up the street that didnt have the part. Experimac was $40 cheaper AND repaired my phone in less than 10 minutes while I waited. I was fully prepared to leave it and come back the next day since it was so close to closing but their customer service was outstanding. Less than $91 including tax is the best price around. Travis, the owner, was phenomenal and kept me entertained while I waited. I could have chatted with him for hours. I cant wait to bring my MacBook back to have an issue with Outlook fixed.

These people are awesome! The prices are incredible, too! I literally googled Mac computer repair, from the lobby of another computer repair company... one that had my computer for a week and was telling me they needed more time. Experimac told me that what I needed would take them 45 minutes -- Same Day!! I retrieved my computer from the other company and drove straight to Experimac. Their prices were way better than the other place and they called me 45 minutes after I dropped it off -- it was done. Once you go Experimac, you never look back... Im a customer for life.

While out of town my wife took my laptop in with a hard drive that went dead. They could have hammered her like a Mechanic at a garage praying on a woman but they were professional, diagnosed the situation and was on point as I escaped with only a $49.99 bill to restore what could have been a New Laptop had they not fixed it. Im impressed, will tell others and feel good about these guys. First time there but Ill be back if I have issues. Thanks.

I never write reviews but I am so appreciative of the honest and friendly service I just received. I took my Mac into Best Buy and before anyone even turned it on, they wanted $199. I walked into Experimac and someone was able to help me immediately. He looked everything over, did one little thing, and it was fixed, no charge. Small business rocks.

These guys are amazing! I purchased a used Mac from this store and received a fantastic price, later on down the road, when I was having technical issues, they sat with me for hours helping me transfer data over to external hard drives. They replaced a digitizer in my IPad mini. It went bad 4 months later and they would not cover it. I think they use cheap parts. BEWARE!!
