I had a problem that was not computer related. My family experienced a death in our family. A video was made with photographs and a specific song playing in the background. The song was in the wrong format and it looked like we wouldnt be able to have it playing. The song was very important to my mother in law and wife. The people at Say Computer literally dropped what they were doing and helped convert the song into the correct format. The video is something small but important to some special people in my life. Say Computer recognized this and acted fast. They are awesome and have exceptional customer service!

My cousin recommended them since I couldnt repair my 86 year old mothers computer from 4 hours away. They took her lap top and in short order they diagnosed a dead battery. Since she always has it plugged in they removed the battery and it was up and running immediately. They didnt charge her! Amazing! I had talked to one of the guys ahead of time and they are really easy to talk to and discuss issues. I would drive out of my way to go to them.

would not recommend to anyone in the area, brought in my brad tew top of the line asus that my husband had stepped on and tried to repair. the company told me it was " not worth the time or money" yet offered to somehow be able to get data off of it. i find it to be bad business after going down the road. found a gentleman that fixed it in 2 days good as new

I thought the WiFi card was out in my laptop. I couldnt afford to have my computer down for 7 days. I took my computer here they had me up and running in minutes!!! Im so pleased with the customer service!!
