I recently took my HP desktop to Lucent Computer Repair to have Windows reinstalled on it. That was the first time I met Sam. He is fabulous and has truly mastered the art of excellent customer service. He patiently explained and showed me everything in a way that allowed me to understand without feeling stupid. While there I scoped out a used MacBook Pro Laptop and a HP Officejet All in One Printer for a steal of a deal; so being the savvy shopper that I am I scooped them up on my way out. Great service, Great value, and Great professional expertise, who could ask for anything more. Lucent Computer Repair is definitely my go to computer repair shop for all my computer needs. You should stop by, you never know what you might find. Thanks Sam and the whole Lucent Family.

This place is incredible, what else can I say? I can tell you about how i went to a big company ( no names here ) in the mall and was absolutely ignored by so called "geniuses" for two hours! However, I will talk about this lovely customer oriented computer shop that helped me with all technological problems. I walked in and was automatically given a warm welcome by Laith, one of the guys that works there. He took the computer out of my hands as i walked in and told me exactly what i needed to know. They gave me a great deal (Bare in mind i went to about 5 other shops and they were crazy expensive) and fixed my computer relatively fast. These guys know what theyre doing, and the least I can do is thank them.

Lucent computers is the best place to go for your computer repairs! I just got back my newly repaired Lenovo yoga 2. My keyboard was not working properly and I had some cracks on the rest. They completely replaced it for me and cleaned out the dust inside my laptop. They gave me a free estimate and kept me well informed the whole time they were repairing my laptop. They are not like other computer repair stores who try and rip you off. They actually did their best to try and find the best deals for me and called to verify what I wanted to do. I am coming here for all of my tech repairs from now on!!!

Lovely repair and quality customer service. Had a 6 plus that was fixed by a mall kiosk and the job was horribly done and resulted in the digitizer breaking again. Took the phone to Lucent and the owners son brought my phone back to life and timely because I had two business consults that i would have missed without it. Will be bringing another phone to them today and expect the same great service. Awesome place that believes in affordable quality repairs.

Dropped my Macbook off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday with a brand new battery, adapter and updated system! Prior to dropping off it would have to stay on charge for it to work and it was running super slow! Now the battery is doing well and its running super fast!!! I decided to bring my computer to this business based off of the reviews and trust me you will not be disappointed! I will return if any future issues shall arise! Thanks again!!!!!

Please dont go here. Ive had my Mac for almost 6 years and have never had a problem with it. I came in for a minor issue for an easy $60 and they held my computer for 2 weeks, only for me to figure out that there was now a new/different (more expensive issue), and spent $150 and day later my Mac is still malfunctioning. While they are very kind people, they are not to be trusted. Id rather just buy a new mac now.

I have to say that Lucent computer shop offers the very best service and prices in the region. This father and sons operation provides excellent customer service with superb repairs. I yell 5 stars is simply not enough. I honestly give them 10 stars on a 5 star scale. I highly recommend them to anyone. I had 5 laptops repaired and I am well. Great job Lucent. !!!!!!

Adam seems very knowledgeable and very fair with prices. I took a personal laptop and a work PC to him and both were fixed. Then I took my laptop back for a somewhat related issue but different than what he fixed the first time and he didnt even charge me for the second repair. I will take any other computer issues to them with no hesitation whatsoever.

My surface pro was totally disabled by hackers. I brought it to the store on a Friday afternoon and was able to pick it up on the following Monday. Everything is working beautifully again. Even with the installation of a virus protection software the overall price was very fair. I will return to this store with any future PC and /or phone issues.

Took my wifes computer in with a crashed / corrupted hard drive. She was mortified that her files were lost. Also, she has a broken power entry port. Like magic, they fixed it all. Salvaged all data, programs, pictures, everything! And the cost sad very very affordable! I will be a loyal customer from now on. Very professional!

Wonderful store and staff. I was having issues with my laptop. This store gives free diagnostics unlike others . The store manager was able to fix with in days at a great price. This repair shop has fair prices than most. I had a pleasant experience with the staff. I would recommend anyone to visit

Very good place to take your sick computer...within 15 mins or less I was out my computer is back in business...I wasnt able to connect her to the Internet for WiFi i got frustrated and decided to bring her to the pc doc was some configuration problems and in no time he fixed it is am so happy.

Lucent Computer Repir has excellent and quick customer service. I needed a new iPhone battery. I made an appointment before I came, was given an estimated time of 1-2 hours but was in and out in about 30 minutes. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family.
