My husband and I have used RAM-tech for several years for all of our computer needs. We have never had a complaint. We feel that the guys there are men of moral character and we trust them explicitly with our computers. We have found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, timely, affordable and professional. We would not go anywhere else for our computer needs. 11/14/14 Just an update on the wonderful services of RAM-tech. We have used these guys several times and each time we have an issue with one of our computers we immediately think of RAM-tech because we are assured that we will receive timely, professional help and that we would be satisfied. I was chairman of the Bank Board that hired Morrelle to head up our first IT department (Morrelle and one assistant). 2009 brought an end to that endeavor for both of us. However, I then was one of the first to retain he and the fine staff of Ram-Tech. I run two businesses out of my home, 4 computers, 1 server, 3 mobile phones and an iPad. Just today, Cameron Leatherwood secured a manufacturers warranty on a devise that I had purchased online and the sellers return had expired. I would highly recommend Ram-Tech for all of your personal and/or business computer and networking services. I can tell you how many times Ive had anywhere from the simplest of questions to major problems and received a quick response and on site assistance if needed. Ive been in the position of working with quite a few IT companies but none with such exceptional service as Ram-Tech. I am never told sorry that is a software vendor issue, you need to contact them. They always intervene on our behalf, contact them if necessary and work the kinks out before they even happen. You can NOT go wrong with the Ram-Tech team.

I highly recommend RAM-Tech for any of your computer needs. My son is a senior this year and will be going to college soon and I needed to get a laptop that was going to last him for a while. I emailed Morrelle and he quickly responded with some spics for what he thought would be a lasting laptop for my son. Since then I have had them add the Microsoft office program to his laptop along with a virus protector. They are just an awesome group of people to work with!!! I would recommend anyone to use them. Recently, I began working with Cameron at RAM-Tech. He installed two new computers at the Pregnancy Resource Center of Henry County.
