I was informed by a friend about their services, sometimes you just cant figure out what is wrong with your computer and do not want to spend money to buy another one. I had a virus problem that kept popping up and my laptop just was running slow. I stopped by their location and met their friendly staff who opened the computer and had a inspection. They fixed the problem and was very helpful.

We had a bad virus on our network and they sent two technicians to our office that same day. They had the problem fixed within hours. When they couldnt get the last computer 100% right by the time they had to leave, they took it back to their shop and returned it the next morning without charging another trip charge. We havent had a problem since.

Working with Kenneth Appel, owner of Crystal PC Services, on an Apple iMac issue was unnecessarily difficult. He and a member of his staff were very rude, argumentative, and would not take no for an answer. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

Bench price is very low, kept me updated, and did what they could to keep the repair bill down to what they quoted me. Saved all of my data and my computer is running like it is brand new again. Definitely will refer/use again.
