Best locksmiths in the Tri State area. Friendly and knowledgeable. I went to them looking for a lock fob for a Ford Bronco and they had one in stock and they programed it immediately and the price was reasonable. The lobby was full of people, the phone was ringing all the calls were answered and all of the people were helped and the customers were all helped with respect and dignity. No one looked left out and no one was told that they would have to go somewhere else. The Tri-State lock guys went out of there way to help every customer. After a local dealership gave me the run-around this weekend for over 4 hours, I stumbled upon Tri-State Lock by chance. And thank God! I dealt with Larry. He not only gave me a crazy low price to cut 2 transponder keys that the dealership couldnt cut for over a week, but he also showed me how to program them to the car. He saved me about $200.00. They took reservation to change locks last week. Then today when we called to confirm what time they would be at home they simply said "oh, it looks like it will have to be next week ". They will never be used by U.S. Nor would I recommend them. If we had not called guess we would still be waiting. Unbelievable!

Larry is the best! My unlock button was not working on my key fob for my Cobalt. Not only did he take a look at it but he was able to repair the key fob instead of having to replace it. He was so nice!
