From the minute I walked in the door I was lied to and scammed. The locksmith said trailer keys required special key blanks that cost 30 dollars each! He gave a "deal" and only charged me 15 dollars a key. Come to find out they cost 97 cents online not 30 dollars or even15. They are not the right key blank on top of that! The slots on the key dont match up and the keys wont even go into the lock little lone work. He refused to give me a refund and flat out admitted he overcharges. He now has my two keys that didnt work and my money. I hope he is happy because he will never get business from me again. Stay away. He is dishonest and is a scam.

Well you know... I for one was happy to do business with them. Dave was the guy that helped me and he really went far and beyond the call of duty. After he finished with my car, there was a mail lady in a green jeep that needed some assistance and he went ahead and serviced her without a hesitation! Very efficient and friendly, great guy and worker! Just shows the class of person. Would recommend Dave and this company to anyone!

I needed a spare key for a Polaris Ranger. Had to get a blank from Polaris but they did not cut the key. Went to several hardware places and was finally referred to 23 1/2 Locksmith. I walked in at the hour they told me they would be in the store and walked out in minutes with a key that works. I found them to be friendly, honest and professional. I would certainly use them again.

Stopped by the shop and asked about having a key made. I was told that he did not have the proper blank and I would receive a call in the morning. I had not received a call the next morning so I placed them a call. I was told that they can only make my key between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM because their commercial customers are more important. This commercial account is leaving.

Got 2 switchblade style keys for my car online and needed them cut. Took to Home Depot and Ace Hardware, HD completely messed one up. Ace couldnt cut it due to its size and recommended this locksmith. I arrived when they were available and walked out a short time later with a perfectly cut key. They were very courteous and helpful, I would definitely use them again.
